Such a frustrating company to deal with. Was 70 miles from home with a flat tyre. Lease cars do not come with spare wheel. Waiting 7 hours for recovery vehicle. Finally got to tyre fitting garage but because they did not have a Goodyear tyre in stock, Ayvens would not approve the fitting of a Falcon tyre that they did have in stock so had to wait 24 hours to get the right brand tyre in stock and get public transport 80 miles home then 80 miles back to the car the next day! No support with a "computer says no" attitude
Paula Hoey Has been my contact and I have to say she's been brilliant. There was a mix up and Paula sorted it straight away. She contacted me if there was any changes and was happy to take my calls and answered all my questions. She was able to get things sorted for me quickly and efficiently.
After being let down by the lease company Ayvens had arranged for a temp vehicle, I contacted them and Ruben was staright on to sorting this out! What was a stressful time due to work and personal commitments Ruben was able to sort another lease vehicle as a temporary measure and has also sorted the long term replacement out. He was patient, kind and courteous and has followed up daily to make sure all is ok. Thank you Ruben L.
Recently had a driving ticket, because forgot to pay for airport parking. It’s just £25 and nothing special about it, but Ayvens sends a bitchy tone of email and demands £15 for processing this letter. Maybe I am not objective and ask AI to analyse the letter from Ayvens. To quote chatGPT: “The letter sounds procedural, transactional and defensive, rather than supportive. It reads more like an internal operation notice than a message to a paying customer”. I NEED TO PAY £15 FOR THEM TO INSULTING ME. I won’t consider use their services anymore. Ayvens needs to sack the your public relationship director and customer service director, and get some good one for charging so much!!!
Mo Mahmood professional and expertise when I reported a problem that the dealer was unable to resolve to Mo Mahmood. He listened to me and gathered information. Problem resolved my issue with 100% support from start to finish thanks Mo and Ayvens
These positive stars / rating is down to Irindeep Mann's help with my order as the experience prior to her help has been nothing short of horrendous wherein there was no progress for a month from Avyen's side. However, in a week's time of Irindeep taking the case on, she managed to resolve and progressed the order.

After my vehicle demonstrated the same fault on three separate occasions (over the first two years of the lease) I was passed through to Neil Rana in Aftersales. Whilst I was frustrated and unhappy that my vehicle had been off-road for over 6-months (total), Neil explained every step and the reasoning behind his actions - even arranging a Zoom meeting with me and another member of his team to assure me they were working hard behind-the-scenes. He understood my frustrations as I continued to pay for my vehicle I hadn't driven since May 2025, and once this had been resolved, and I got my vehicle back (in November 2025), Neil did all he could to ensure I was reimbursed, even ensuring a free service. I do still question some of the policies that LeasePlan/Ayvens have in place, and other staff members' customer service, however, I cannot thank Neil enough for his effort, professionalism and personability throughout my case.
