Had an issue with my car which Ayvens were absolutely useless in helping resolve. Ayvens could not get the car booked in anywhere in less than a month on 3 separate occasions, despite the fact I could phone up the garage and book it in myself, which I ended up doing. Raised a complaint with Ayvens who have ignored the complaint other than send me generic automated emails. I managed to have the issue resolved by my local garage under warranty with zero help from Ayvens. I even let them know it was fixed yet I still receive automated emails saying they are looking into it.Long story short - useless for booking car into local garages in a reasonable timescale. Complete lack of care for the customer.
Louie Emery was very helpful in the entire process. He kept me informed throughout every step. Very Happy with service received from the Louie. I have given one star less to reflect gap in info from customer service team untill Louie got involved.
I had an excellent experience with the customer care team, especially with Maria W******. She was incredibly helpful and clearly knowledgeable about every part of the process. Maria put me completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and provided perfect guidance from start to finish. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. A real credit to the company!
Absolutely appalling service throughout the lease, extremely incompetent staff (when you could get hold of them)- and to top it all a £310 bill on handing the car back after an expensive full valet for one minor dent in the front bumper and a few minor scratches to the LHF wing (BTW, neither of these was our fault). Avoid like the Black Death! They deserve zero points. As an aside, BCA (the assessing company) had 'no drivers' until 29 December 2025 when our expiry contract with Ayvens ended on the 19th, so the car was left on the road for ten days when we couldn't use it and the insurance was with Ayvens and anyone could have caused that minor damage. Pathetic.
Disappointing customer service experience – Ayvens UKI rarely post publicly about poor service, but after weeks of unresolved issues, I feel it’s important to highlight my experience with Ayvens UK.Despite formally rejecting a vehicle, sending written correspondence, and making multiple follow-up calls, I have received no meaningful response, no ownership, and no resolution. The vehicle remains with the manufacturer’s garage, where engineers have been unable to identify a root cause — yet communication from Ayvens has been almost non-existent.For a company operating in a highly regulated industry, this level of customer service is deeply concerning: • Repeated failures to respond to written correspondence • No clear accountability or escalation pathway • Prolonged delays with no proactive updates • Customers left to chase rather than being supportedThis is not a one-off inconvenience — it’s a breakdown in basic service standards and customer care. Leasing customers deserve transparency, timely communication, and decisive action when things go wrong.I hope Ayvens takes this feedback seriously and reviews how customer issues are managed end-to-end. Reputations are built not when everything goes right, but by how organisations respond when things go wrong. If anyone from Ayvens UK leadership or customer relations is willing to engage constructively, I would welcome a conversation.#CustomerExperience #CustomerService #Accountability #UKLeasing #Ayvens
After finding out my current order had been delayed for an additional 6 months from the car dealership, Paula Hoey was a massive help in finding an alternative that could be delivered sooner and helped in cancelling my current order. She went above and beyond in keeping me updated and liaising with the dealership to ensure the switch went smoothly! Thank you so much for all your help!
I have been in contact with Mo Mahmood from the fleet management team (3) with regards to ordering a company car. Over the past couple of months I sent him a lot of emails and questions, and he handled every one accurately and promptly. Mo was patient, professional and always took the time to make sure I understood the options and next steps. He genuinely went above and beyond to help — his responsiveness and support made the whole process much easier. Big thanks to Mo for everything and i am looking forward to getting my new car now!
