After a lengthy and difficult experience with my Ford Kuga PHEV, I want to thank the team at LeasePlan/Ayvens for their ongoing support in helping to bring the matter to a close.The vehicle suffered from repeated issues, including multiple breakdowns, major safety recalls with no immediate fix, and an overall lack of communication and ownership from Ford themselves. Despite following all the manufacturer’s guidance, the problems persisted, often leaving me without a reliable vehicle for extended periods, all while trying to balance family life with two young children.Throughout this, LeasePlan remained engaged and responsive. In particular, I want to highlight the support I received from both Iqrah and Rebecca. They were understanding, always kept me informed, and shown commitment to helping find a resolution.With their help, the vehicle was finally returned, something I’m incredibly grateful for. LeasePlan's handling of the situation was professional, fair, and customer-first, even in the face of challenges caused by the manufacturer.Thank you again to the LeasePlan/Ayvens team, your support made a difficult situation manageable, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.
Rated 1 out of 5 starsAccounts team are incompetentAfter 18 months they still haven’t taken a direct debit from my account. Resulting in my account getting into arrears. 18 phones and 18 manual payments and two formal complaints and their accounts team still can’t get it right. Customer service assured me every month it is sorted. Every month the payment isn’t taken. Every month I have the same conversation which is incredibly frustrating. Do your self a favour and DO NOT use this company they are completely useless.
Ayvens has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Four years of lies, delays, shifting figures, and total refusal to take responsibility. They’ve destroyed my peace of mind and dragged out a situation that should have been resolved long ago.❌ I never asked for a phone call — stop inventing excuses. ❌ You claimed my complaint was logged, but left me waiting 9 days without a response. That’s not complaint handling — that’s contempt for customers. ❌ Your so-called “low” early termination fees are an insult. If they were low, I wouldn’t still be stuck dealing with your incompetence. ❌ You can’t even keep your figures straight — they change constantly, and you clearly don’t have a clue why. ❌ Your delays and errors are blocking me from buying a new car. Stop trying to deflect blame. ❌ Don’t waste time telling me to go to the Financial Ombudsman — if this isn’t resolved fairly now, I’ll see you in court. ❌ Still no invoice you claim to have sent — just more empty promises.Ayvens is a shambles. I wouldn’t trust them with anything. If you value your time, sanity, or money — stay well away.
Do not do business with this company,I was sold a car that was not as advertised its had faults on it from week one but this company simply doesn't not want to know,one of the faults is a dangerous one with the brakes just jamming on for no apparent reason,the other is the infotainment system it just goes off and stays off until you lock the car up for half an hour and then start it up again,the excuses I have had to listen to is unbelievable they are saying now I can't use my phone because it's not compatible but what they didn't know was that this is my second phone since owning the car my first an iPhone the 2nd attempt Samsung ultra 2 of the biggest phone companies in the world as for Ayvens they just take whatever Volkswagen tell them.Finally to get me to go away they offered me an early settlement figure of over £7000 this hasn't taken into account that the car is not fit for purpose not as advertised (missold) and a dangerous to drive,I will fight this tooth and nail this company & Leaseplan are a farce,expect more reviews the longer it goes on in am sick of hearing the excuses and timewasting,and forget the BVLRA they just back the car companies up to the hilt as it is them that pay their wages.There should be an overall Ombudsman to watch and act on what these companies do.
Appalling business to deal with. Original request raised in October 2024 which I have followed up 9 times on the phone or in writing. I have had NO response from Ayvens with the exception of one holding email. I've escalated via their complaints procedure which has also been ignored. No one is willing to take ownership of the matter. A frustrating and completely unacceptable experience.
