Review Time
An awful store. Send me a shirt with a hole in it and then a dress so defectively sewn that the seam ziz-zagged (irregularly). Cheap, cheap, cheap. I have sent emails with photos and now in a stalking attempt they ask me to send a photo of me wearing the dress (?). Do not purchase with this company
I ordered a dress from Beachsissi 3 weeks ago. Of course they deducted their money, $50 from my bank account immediately. Their shipper Uni Uni stated delivery was made over seven days ago. Since that time I have had no less than 10 back-and-forth emails with customer support, Ivy in particular, to straighten out the situation. The shippers proof of delivery is nothing more than a picture of the package showing a partial name and just my street name no address. Not the package on my porch or in my mailbox.Initially, I was told to contact my postal carrier with the shipper’s number to track the package. Of course USPS does not use that particular type of tracking number so no resolution there. I was then instructed to contact the shipper. Uni Uni to assess whether or not the item had been delivered. After nearly 4 days I still have no response.This company does absolutely nothing to satisfy the customer and leaves the responsibility of finding a package on the customer. Not themselves, not the shipping agent, but their customer! I have since turned this over to my bank for investigation and attempted refund of my charges.If I were you, I would not order from Beachsissi. They provide absolutely no phone number to call for help and their company practices for satisfying a customer & resolution of an issue are beyond horrible & completely unsatisfactory!
STAY AWAY from this company. If you want cheap crap from China order from Amazon, at least you can return it. 4 small items had such poor quality fabric I wanted to return, but would have cost $250 to send back to China. They offered 10% off my order, complete joke.
I ordered from this company a couple times for bathing suits. They were ok. But this time 3 out of the four items did not fit or looked completely different than the website. The sizing is not correct. I asked for a review and got 3 options. All included me paying more money. I would pay 60 dollars more so I would get an exchange. I paid 100 dollars total. I also did not receive the items for a month but need to return in 7 days. I will never buy anything from this company. Total Scam.
Very poor company to deal with. The return policy is awful.This company is in China. They require you to return merchandise that has nothing wrong just to get refundMUST be done in 7 days. HOW can a package get thur shipment that long distance in 7 days. Impossible. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
