I am writing this review with honesty to all customers, please think before ordering from this website. Based on my experience, I placed an order for three summer dresses. When received I tried them on the fit was not at all good due to the cheap material on each one. They definitely did not look at all like on the website. I was so disappointed at the poor quality of the material. I returned the dresses right away and to my surprise I had to pay for the shipping. It was sent on 3/21/25 and we are now in June and the package is stuck in China since Apr 2nd. I asked for a refund and they say they can only give me 15% which is peanuts. I nicely asked for at least a 50% refund since I did my duty in sending the package where they indicated and on top pay for shipping which was not cheap. Please I am being honest do not order from them. I had read some bad reviews but decided to try them and now I regret doing so.
The return process is onerous, expensive and malicious. I ordered 9 items. I returned 7. I sent the items back on May 23, 2025 and requested a full refund. I sent the dresses back to the address provided within 24 hours after I received the return email.I provided the tracking number. I attached a copy of the receipt with the tracking number and the USPS Customs Declaration form with the same tracking number. A paper slip with my order number and my typed name was in the package. Each returned item is unwashed, unworn, has original tags, original hygiene stickers and is in original packaging. I have a picture of every returned item with the original tag on and original packaging. I was required to pay $76.10 to return these items to the address they provided: 2002shi, Wangduguojidasha B Zuo, Zhangbayi Rd, Yantaqu, 710065, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. I haven't received my refund yet.
Never ever order from here ! Cheap cheap materials and awful fit. These items look nothing like they do onlne. Its all fake and is a total scam as you cannot return your order. This is shien quality with much larger price tags, what an aweful thing to do to people. They will not return your emails and you'd have to pay to ship it back to China. Believe every word of all these negative reviews they are true !
The item ordered was very poor quality and when I requested to return the item, I discovered that it needed to be shipped to China. The cost of shipping to China would have been more than double the cost of the item. If you cannot try it on then you're taking a gamble that you may have to eat the cost if the item doesn't work.
Beachsissi is a total rip off! Terrible sizing. Return policy is ridiculous as stated by previous ratings. You have to return by courier to China and they wanted me to pay 80.00 in shipping cost or the other option was to keep the items and get 12% refund. So I spent over 10 dollars on items I can't use and my refund was 14.00
Very Upset! RETURN ISSUES SEE BELOW. The quality is poor and does not look like the picture on the website. Fabrics are cheap and look completely different than what the site looks like. Returns are ridicules as I had to email them wait three days for a response and then learned the options are too expensive. Magnificent, I ordered this bikini and it came to me super fast, very good quality and it's beautiful when you try it on, definitely a very good choice for this summer, at the bottom it has some transparent straps that give it the touch and they look beautiful
