Staff were great, food was the problem ordered the Carbonara with the added pulled chicken confused as the chicken resulted in only four pieces of 2 cm for an extra £3 on top and then bacon had two mouthfuls ended up spitting both out just gristle and all that for £17 quid not value for money or taste will not be going back to this centreparcs restaurant again save your money pick one of the others.
Visited Norwich Riverside this evening - a party of 4. A bite to eat before a cinema visit. We allowed 1:45hrs. In that time they took a while to get us seated. They took longer than normal to take a drinks order - they also got the order wrong. Food was ordered - too long for food to be prepared. I tried to get waiters/waitresses attention for a dessert order but it was like they were ignoring us. Ordered desserts - 25minutes later I went up to the counter to ask where they were - the waitress walked into the kitchen (I could see & hear her through the swing doors)… the order hadn’t even been placed! Time up! We had to cancel the dessert order as the 1:45hrs was done and the cinema awaited. The waitress rolled her eyes when I said to cancel the order as we had to leave. I also overheard the manager (?) shout FFS! No apology. No empathy. No emotion behind the waiter who took the payment. No offer of a resolution. We left completely empty and unenthusiastic for the cinema night ahead after a shocking show of (lack of) customer service.
Bella Italia Leeds Carbonara was £14 when it came it was a kids size, no flavour, watery and nothing resembling a Carbonara. Sub-standard food. The waitress was wonderfully helpful and apologetic. The standard of food must make her job harder. She recieved a tip. Will never go again.
We went to the Bella Italia in Hanover street, Edinburgh yesterday for my daughter’s birthday and they made it so special. The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly and funny, and the extra touches they did for her birthday made it a truly memorable meal. I 💯 recommend it to everyone and I will absolutely be back 😊
Bella Italia is our favourite restaurant in oxford, we have been going there for years.All the staff are really friendly and helpful. It's always a lovely warm welcome from Nuno and Jess.The food is always delicious, I would recommend Gamberoni, and calamari
A friend told us about Bella Italia metro centre Gateshead and that they applied 25% discount for armed forces and blue light, so we thought we would give it a try before going in I checked on line about forces discount it said that was correct.We were met by a gentleman who said they didn't do discount for forces I told I had just looked on line and it said they did, he asked for proof so I showed him proof on my mobile he said well I will give you 20% off but it wasn't policy we were showing our table and placed an order, I ordered spaghetti Bolognese my husband ordered pizza, the Bolognese was tasteless and boring with one or two bits of mince,my husband said the pizza was bland . We ate without complaining we were embarrassed enough haggling over discount We went to pay the bill and had no discount applied. Disgusting we will never return h byrne
Bella Italia Salford QuaysStaff were lazy and disorganised- we had lunch for 3 people on Monday 9th Sept - food was cold on arrival at the table. I had the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had - cold melted cheese on a cardboard like base. We wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning!
