BELSTAFF jackets and their other clothing lines are great quality. There is great attention to detail and the garments are rugged and well-made. And they have a great customer service team. I recently ordered the wrong size jacket and had to return it. Marcus from BELSTAFF was very helpful in tracking my return and keeping me updated. A great experience all round.
I placed an order on-line for a jacket, it was the first time that I had ordered with Belstaff on-line having purchased all my previous items in-store.The order went through ok but then I received an email saying quote the code below and receive 10% off your first order, which was frustrating because it came through after the order was placed.However, after contacting Belstaff by email they said that they would honour the discount code.Louisa managed the partial refund process all the way through, even promising to email me when it was complete, which she did.It was an all-round great customer experience, with Louisa being the star of the show.Louisa is an absolute credit to the company, which sadly isn't always the case these days!
I ended up splurging a bit at Belstaff, and decided to get a jacket from them as I had always wanted one. I was initially disappointed as my first jacket I ordered did not fit. However, when I reached out, their support team helped find one that fit me properly. Marcus and their support staff were quick to respond to my inquiries and were polite and courteous. They even matched a promo that started right after I bought the jacket!Very happy with the Oulton jacket I ended up with.
