Poor customer service

Have an issue covered by the warranty. Trying to get Belstaff to deal with it is long, drawn out and frustrating. Customer service is as with many over priced companies, a pain and no easy way to communicate. They supply a phone number that directs you back to email. So I guess the number is to give the illusion of good communication when is fact this is not true.07/11/25Thank you for the response ( Belstaff)I do read this asYe thanks, we love you bla bla bla and we prioritise sales over customer service, have a great day.Long overdue update I did have the repair done under warranty and it was or is not great, I believe that the jacket may well be damaged and time will tell. The reflective strip on the sleeve came away and the repair carried out was to just use excessive heat and melt it back on, this lead to the inner lining sticking to the outer and that I hope did not damage the Gore-tex membrane.

Belstaff Germany Costumer Service/Repair Service

I called the costumer service of Germany because my cat has ripped the back of my Belstaff leather west. Unfortunately no local tailor or leather manufacturer could help me to repair the fine leather on the back. Louisa from the Belstaff Costumer Service was so nice and helpful, she instantly emailed me the contact details of a leather repairservice in North-Germany, who is a verified Belstaff-Repair-Service. I‘ve send them my west and they repaired it within a few days. I am suuuuuper happy now that I can wear my west again.

Diminished brand!

Belstaff standards(like so many other so called premium brands), have seen a major reduction in quality since changing to Chinese manufacturers. The gulf in quality between my Kelby Brook Cardigans(One made in Romania, the other China), is clearly transparent. Do they really think people don't notice! 🤔

Had an issue with a refund which was 100% my error.Louisa at Belstaff could not have been more helpful and dealt with this promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner which was greatly appreciated. A credit to Belstaff!

Love my new ground jacket.

The product is excellent, exactly what I wanted and to the same high standards I expect from Belstaff. I had a slight problem with the delivery but that was handled very well and very quickly by Michael in the customer service team. Overall very happy.
