I have received extraordinary customer care from Marcus. He acted very quickly on my lost delivery and processed a refund on the same day. I am reordering the items again, but this time I will pick them up from the Regent Street Showroom.Thank you Marcus!
The time it takes to get back, and the contact is nearly impossible!! and the only way you can contact them, is via online chat, between 10am and 1pm, but I was lucky, i got a woman named Louisa, and she help me to a satisfactory conclusion.
Overall, 5 stars.Pros:Belstaff products are, in my opinion, of a very high-quality manufacture and almost timeless in their appeal and looks.Belstaff Customer service is brilliant with a special mention for Louisa.Cons:There has been some criticism and perhaps the business model could be improved when dealing with returns.I had bought a jacket that was too big and wanted to swap it for a smaller size.I was unable to do this and was told to return the jacket and order the other size.Given the prices involved my budget could not afford to re-order until I had been refunded for the jacket that did not fit.Normally the refunds can take up to 3 weeks however Louisa was able to expedite the refund quickly so I could reorder.Best time to buy.Belstaff have sales 2 to 3 times a year and their strategy is to offer a discount which is then further discounted after a few weeks. With a final push there comes another sale closing discount.I have bought items only to then find them further discounted which is never a good feeling, however when I spoke to Belstaff about this I found that they had a price match policy and would refund the further discounted amount.
Michael Alexander of belstaff handled a problem issue with my colonial bag from many years ago.The strap was replaced again plus a few extras.They realised straight away i was a loyal customer and didn't have to ask millions of questions. They just gave a solution and sent without pre payment .Well done and thanks Belstaff team.Great job👍
Have a very extensive collection of Belstaff, the oldest being from 1980, recently made a special purchase and was assisted by Louisa on the customer service line, she was incredibly helpful and gracious … my son now wears Belstaff making it two generations in one house Thank you Belstaff

This is my sixth jacket from Belstaff, two excellent proper motorcycle jackets plus two leather and one shearling, and they are all beautifully made, finished and perfectly sized (for me!). My oldest is the Trailmaster and it looks as good today as 15 years ago. Their customer service is also excellent, as I bought my latest at 30% off in the sale before it dropped to 40%. On contacting them they refunded me the difference within the hour, thank you Michael Alexander! Highly recommended.
