Hi Had to change my order round and return some boots.dealt with Mike who couldn’t have been more helpful and answered all my questions(I ask a lot of them). Have to say I will continue to buy from belstaff because of the high level of service I received.
I bought a Belstaff overshirt a few months ago.Unfortunately, a rivet popper came off.I contacted Belstaff and they replied almost immediately.Michael of their customer service department gave me a range of options to pursue, such as contacting the wholesaler, talking to the shop about a refund or having it repaired.This approach put me, the customer, in control and we explored the third option of a repair by Pinnas and Needles. I pursued this approach and they too replied immediately and promised to fix it while I waited next time I was in London.Today I took it to them and yes it was fixed for a nominal sum while I waited.So, a range of options, quick replies, promises kept. Could not be better.
I contacted the service for a item replacement - as k didn’t recon I bought the wrong one - very helpful to organise the replacement. In a world where service is not seen as important any more the Belstaff team was mega helpful and outstanding !! Many thanks again !Wolfgang
I contacted Belstaff customer service regarding a pricing issue I'd had with a product that I'd bought two months prior.An operative by the name of Michael Alexander, cleared up my issue within minutes, ensuring retention of my custom with the company.Had that pricing issue been mishandled, I'd have gone to Matchless.Alas, it was handled in a way that exceeded even my expectations. Therefore, the very least I could do is give thanks, compliments and continued support for a job VERY WELL DONE.Many thanks, Michael Alexander👌🏾
