I had an issue with the shipping of my order and I contacted Belstaff customer service. Michael Alexander reached out the following day to assist me. Michael was persistent and diligent every day, providing me updates every day, for 15 days until my order was delivered. Great customer service!
I received a very helpful support in choosing the correct size for each jacket, as well as technical data about fabric weights etc... Response time is short. You get always the same POC, Michael Alexander in my case, and this is a great thing in my opinion.
