Very poor customer service

Shocking customer service! Returned jacket (a Christmas present that was too small) on the 27/12 received by their hub on 28/12. Nothing, not even confirmation of receipt. I sent an email to ask for confirmation of receipt on 14/01 and finally received a response on 21/01 confirming receipt back at the warehouse on 07/01, assuring me of a refund shortly. It’s now 03/02 still no refund. I am shocked at this poor level of customer service. Reading the response… Gesture of good will?!?!? For not refunding anywhere within a reasonable timescale! That comment is insulting!

Still waiting from December to receive…

Still waiting from December to receive a refund. The customer service is extremely poor. No issue when I purchased from an external provider. I wont be purchasing direct ever again!The reply from Belstaff states 'as a gesture of good will I will be refunded'... It isnt a good will, it is policy that I am refunded! Ive waited over 28 days not the 14 as promised

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor post-sales service and drawn-out returns process

Order number: UKW-292960I ordered a top online as a Christmas present for my dad. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit, so I processed a return on 30 December 2025.From the outset, the returns process has been unnecessarily frustrating. Belstaff’s online returns portal does not work, so I had no way of tracking the return myself. In mid-January, I contacted customer service to ask for an update. After receiving three auto-generated emails saying someone would respond shortly, I eventually heard back from a representative named Rajdeep.I was told that due to the festive period, delays were expected. My return was apparently received at a local hub on 01/01/26 and then sent in a batch to their warehouse on 09/01/26. I was informed that returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed once they reach the warehouse. While I was unhappy with how long this already was, I accepted that this was their process and gave feedback that it significantly lengthens the customer return journey.On 23/01/26, I received another email from Rajdeep apologising again and stating that, despite the high volume of post-Christmas returns, my refund should be completed within 1–3 working days. Based on this, I should have received my refund by 28/01/26 at the latest, or 29/01/26 at the absolute latest based on the 14-working-day timeframe they themselves had set.Neither of these deadlines were met.As of 29/01/26, with no refund received and no proactive communication, I contacted Belstaff to say I was now instructing a refund through my bank, as they appear unable to process it themselves. The whole experience has been long, drawn out, and extremely disappointing. It also feels as though customer service responses are deliberately delayed — often arriving late on a Friday — seemingly to stretch the process out even further.For a premium brand, this level of post-sales service is unacceptable. I am very unhappy with how this return has been handled and would think twice before ordering online again.

The clothing is not the issue

The clothing is not the issue, the returns process is. Don’t tell me you can’t process a return in less than two weeks. What a shambolic system. I’ll buy from a shop that stocks it from now on, I’d have had my money back days ago!

Terrible after sales experience

Returned an item which was confirmed received on 7th January. Plenty of calls and emails later and refund still not processed. Considering moving to recovery action. Very poor after sales from what is supposed to be a premier brand. Avoid at all costs

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Ordered a jacket for hubby for Christmas it didn’t fit so we sent it back the refund took a little longer however Belstaff customer service kept me informed Can’t fault the service Jacket refunded and new size reordered

I own several Belstaff garments/boots

I own several Belstaff garments/boots. It’s one of my favorite brands. I’m short in stature, so i normally choose jackets that are of a shorter cut. I love the 4 front pocket jackets. I messaged customer service and Rajdeep helped me sort the many options and ultimately found the jacket that suite. He was professional, prompt and very helpful. We exchanged 4-5 emails. This made my shopping experience much more streamlined as it is difficult to know the length of the jackets by the website pics only.

I bought a pair of Belstaff boots only…

I bought a pair of Belstaff boots only two months ago and the sole is already coming off at the heel. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and totally unacceptable for a brand positioned as “premium”.What is even more disappointing is the customer service. I contacted Belstaff with photos and a clear explanation, and I only received a generic copy-paste reply with no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no real willingness to help.For boots at this price point, I expected durability, quality control and at least basic respect from customer support. Instead I got poor craftsmanship and worse customer service.Very disappointing experience. I will not buy from Belstaff again and cannot recommend this brand.
