Ordered a Trailmaster Pro Jacket on a next day delivery, waited in all day despite DPD app saying they didn't have the parcel yet.Contacted Belstaff who didn't give me any information about the missing delivery but said they would get back in touch, they did not! I have tried to contact them again but just get a usless AI bot, emailed them and have had no reply So no Jacket and no news on it I won't be buying a Belstaff Jacket if this is the level of customer service to expect from a so called Premium Brand I will be looking elsewhere I bet they will reply quicker to this than my emails
Have been generally happy with Belstaff in the past but the last order hasn’t been handled at all well. The order arrived much later than they originally said and it was only after I chased them. I returned the item using their own returns service but no sign of any refund. I’m trying to get my bank involved but they’re not helpful.
The staff in Belstaff Cheshire Oaks are great. David is a cool, super friendly, supremo salesman! Jack and Zack (yes really!) are friendly and helpful too.The clothes are excellent quality. I’ve bought 3 jackets and 2 T-Shirts for my partner there and he’s very happy with all of them.
Very disappointed with quality and customer service. Purchased an overshirt on the 24th December which was faulty did offer to fix the fault but i decided to return the item for a refund. Returned on the 11th January and customer service confirmed received back on 16th. Still waiting on refund which is completely unacceptable and outside of the 14 days refund policy. Order number UKW- 304897. Looks like I will need to contact my bank to place a charge back!
It is a real shame when one has to resort to posting an issue on a public review site because the company in question seemingly has no interest in / places no value on its customers.To keep this short, I own a Belstaff Outlaw jacket that was bought new by myself in a London flagship store in 2018. It was a present to myself upon a significant promotion - I adore it, it’s one of the most precious things I own.Late last year the main zip broke and I sent it for repair to ‘Prolong’, Belstaff’s repair fulfilment service (reference R25-A352). Not cheap - £178! - but if this returned my jacket to me fully repaired, so be it. The jacket came back last week with a simply terrible repair. My iconic Outlaw roller zip pull was gone, replaced with what appears to be the zip pull from a Belstaff Castmaster gilet. It is utterly wrong (I would be embarrassed to wear the jacket) and, moreover, the zip mechanism is so stiff that it is impossible to do up when the jacket is on.Net, I am left with a butchered, non-functional jacket - yes, it is “only” a jacket, but I am genuinely devastated.I emailed Prolong, no response. I emailed Belstaff customer service - apparently I am in a queue… but, no response after that. I called the customer service number - asked to leave a voicemail. No response.Will this post elicit any response from Belstaff / a solution to their appalling product / customer care, in my case? Who knows?
