Review Time
I ordered my first frying pan and grid pan online and they came very quickly, unfortunately I had ordered to large. My Husband rang your offices, spoke to a lovely lady and ordered two smaller pans. Again came quickly. Am giving the first two as a Christmas 🎄 gift to our Son in law. I purchased my original set of saucepans (which I use every day) several years ago from your display at Malvern Spring show. Thank you for a fantastic product and very quick delivery. I had a faulty handle on one of my pans. I wrote explaining and was asked for some pictures. Once sent, Jacquie apologised and immediately dispatched a replacement, which arrived 2 days later. Great customer service, no arguing, fast responses and replacement. Thank you BergHOFF and Jacquie.
Haven't received my glass lid and this is the second time I have ordered. First time courier lost it! Have been waiting since 18th November. Very poor postal service they use. DX I still have not recieved my product and will now be buying my lid from another place. Such a shame it has still not arrived.
Purchased a set of Eurocast pans and generally satisfied however when we got a new kitchen and went from a gas hob to induction we discovered that the small frying pan does not work. We contacted customer service who informed us that some small pans do not work on induction and offered to replace our small frying pan with a larger frying pan (which we already have) provided we pay for it (at a discounted price) I feel that their claim that the pans work on all hobs is misleading and should have resulted in a refund or free of charge replacement.
What a superb product In fact I think the small fry pan with lid is the only thing that actually stopped my house from burning down 🥲On a very bad brain fog day I left the house with the pan on the gas and was out 2hrs 4mins and returned home to the house upstairs and down full of smoke couldn’t see more than an a few inches in front of me and the pan was glowing orange threw the smoke 😬how it didn’t combust can only be is down to it’s superior quality in my opinion Sadly that day we lost all our family pets except the tortoise 🐢 which was devastating Of course I contacted the company to ask if I could renovate the pan and they very kindly sent me a New one what an amazing company Can only highly recommend them as company with a great product
Excellent products, that were demonstrated and explained very well. Used daily. Had the need to contact customer service over one very minor issue and they responded vey quickly and efficiently and ensured that I was happy with the outcome.
