Review Time
CAMDENTON, MO. Sat an hour and a half allegedly for oil change, flat fixed and alignment on Mountaineer. Took that long for oil change and flat (said they'd do oil change while fixing flat). When I got impatient with my "45 min" repairs, found out they hadn't even started on alignment! Just left me sitting there.Took vehicle out of town next day. STILL PULLING TO RIGHT!!!!!

Not a honest shop....rude to customers....Does not install what is agreed upon....GO TO AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT!Steve the owner does not listen to his customer. He was discussing private information over the phone about his shop being robbed stating names who he thought it was & tire shops, instead of taking care of customers...... take in your office where customers can not hear! Price match from American Tire Depot centric brakes and rotor. The rear brakes American Tire Depot installed, Steve said they were not Centric.....That was a lie. I told him I wanted centric. 1. When I asked him if he ordered in Centric, he told me not worry about it.2. He installed Napa without asking me.3. He said Napa was better, not true when confronted!4. Called to tell him I was not satisfied, I provided the Centric part number 120.67068 to order in to provide what was promised.5. Had an appointment 0800 next day to install, told me it would be 2.5 hours.....insult upon injury.....rescheduled next day for 0730 install....took 35 minutes. 5. Getting home he ordered cheaper quality centric brakes 121.67068 when looking at the invoice. Didn't think I would have to validate on the box....I was wrong!6. Called him and he said those are the same brakes he put on my wife's car..... what does that have to do with down grading my brake at his decision? Not the part number I gave him!Did not offer to correct just said I'm sorry you feel that way. Total ARROGANCE! TERRIBLE BUSINESS MAN!One headache after another!STAY AWAY FROM STEVE'S SHOP!!!! I WILL Not return
I walked in 45 mins before closing wanting to replace all 4 tires. The guy said he has only one worker on and three other people in front of me, so they couldnt today. He also said he sent his other workers home early??? I simply said ok I'll go down the street to Eagle Tire and they jumped right on it and stayed until 5:10pm putting them on. Bountiful has real issues! Ordered $3400 in tires and wheels. Verified that they were in after a few days and dropped my truck off. In an hour I got a call that there was a problem. I went back and was told they didn’t order the new tires in the right size.... So they put my old tires and wheels back on. Then they HANDED me all my tire sensors and said I can go. Where is the customer service? Where is the time line to get the new tires and wheels installed? Where is the apology? The guy who helped me should NOT be helping customers. I asked for the manager and was told he was on a call. I asked for a call from (manager) TYLER. No call or msg all day. I have an invoice, and all my tire sensors, lost day of work, and no apology or time line for completion of what I ordered, no call from Tyler. I understand mistakes but I DONT understand parts removed from my truck and placed in my hand and “Here’s your keys so you can go”. I left without any idea of a time line for the install. So basically I took off work so they could remove all my tire sensors. They are confused that I am paying them for service. I am the customer. So disappointed.
I took my car into the Big O in Blaine MInnesota in May of this year. They had sent an email stating if I had any lights or noises they would look at if for free. I thought my muffler was bad and I asked them to check it. They said they couldn't see anything wrong. So I went ahead with an oil change. I had to take my car to my regular mechanic for the muffler problem, witch turned out to be only a clamp. IN the mean time they had a laundry list of things that my car needed. I went to my regular mechanic and he checked everything over and replaced a clamp on the muffler pipe. I just returned from some work on my car today with my regular mechanic, he told me that my car was a quart and a half low on oil. I have not driven my car much in two months and thought that that much oil was extreme. My guy said that the oil and the filter looked dirty, so I'm thinking that they probably didn't even do an oil change. I called them up and told them how disappointed I was in their service and all I got was silence. Then she said that my phone was cutting out and she couldn't hear me, so I repeated why I had said, another long silence. I told her I was going to leave a rating here and that I was not going to be kind. She said well o.k. as if she didn't give a darn. I guess she didn't from reading all the reviews here, Big O doesn't give a crap about their customers. I'll never go back. I hope anyone who is considering Big O will see all the bad reviews and stay away.
