Negative 100 stars. By the far the most infuriating and horrific service I have ever used. In Nashville rented a bird to travel somewhere. Also asked for zero drivers license verification? Just took a credit card and good to go. At the end of the ride I tried parking and it said “not designated parking” so trying to do the right thing I went to 5 unique locations that are marked on the app with a black P. All of which even the app verified I was in designated parking and still failed to let me end ride. They then charged me $110 in $9 transactions to my card for a roughly 25 minute ride. Crazy thing was when you are in a designated spot and do not move whatsoever it will randomly move your GPS location out of designated spot…. Screams scam everywhere. Also it eventually auto canceled my ride after $110 and refuses to let me remove my payment method another huge red flag. Finally my phone died the first time I was trying to do the right thing. So I charged it and traveled walking again 20 minutes to it’s location to try again and get photos for my protection WHICH STILL failed 2 hours straight trying to do the right thing for this company and got punished. Will absolutely never touch the service again and deleted my account and attempting to report it all fraudulent on my card. Genuinely the most disgusting anger I felt in about 3 years no idea how these are not 100% pulled from the streets pure grubby handed money sucker
what a fkn joke rented two scooters for me and my friend were out for 20 sum minutes and the app said it was about 10 dollars per scooter to wake up the next morning as they CHARGED ME 55 DOLLARS , all in different transactions 4 10 dollar ones and a 15 dollar one what a fkn joke never using bird scooters agian they should be banned !
Absolutely no customer service, no way to contact anyone for support. How do we get the word out this is a fraudulent company? I need to speak to a LIVE person that will assist with an error code. IMPOSSIBLE. Spread the word it’s a scam.
0 STARI couldn't end my ride. I was overcharge 10x. They refounded a very small amount,but the balance was still 9x the fee I originally payed and about 10x the value of my ride.No customer service and to find an email took ages. It was hours later, when they been aware of the problem - whilst you negative balance keeps growing by the second.After reaching customer service, problem still not solved....So what's the point?It ruined my evening out.
0, not even a 1. They stole almost $40 dollars instantly and the scooter never worked. I did not even move. There is a reason there is no phone number, they wouldn't be able to keep up with the complaints. I'm fully confident they will not send a refund. Walk next time, it will save you a lot of grief.
Regina Sask. Scooter wouldn't go over 15kph no matter how many rides I took. Helmet would not unlock on 3 out of 4 scooters. machines randomly slow down and then quickly accelerate causing you to lose control. Thinks your on a side walk unless you drive in the middle of the road pissing off motorist. customer service is terrible spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve issues, there advice was just use a different scooter. There us no scooters available compared to the other company in town so you need to walk 20 blocks to get to the next one. all in all
