Review Time
Brought a cereal box start October lid broke returned to store without a receipt as can't find it. But unable to exchange. I emailed customer service had sent in the details ( which I made a mistake with) so ended up phoning spoke to a lovely lady named Isabel who sorted it out in minutes I now have a receipt so I can now return back to the store.
Bought LED Christmas lights a year ago and they didn't work when I took them out of the box this year, but unfortunately couldn't find the receipt. Was told by staff at my local store that I could contact customer services and they could provide the receipt. Contacted them today and the representative I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, provided the receipt via email immediately and I will be going to return the lights later today.
Trina one of the assistants was very kind to me ,she helped me all around the store and managed to get me everything that I needed.She was very pleasant and made my shopping experience a lot of fun. I would nt hesitate to shop in there again and thank her myself thank u once again jennie

And your customer care skills are exceptional , your interaction with customers is uplifting and very much appreciated , and I feel very strongly you should be recognised for this , as all to often in this climate people don’t have the time it takes too make someone’s day , well I can honestly say you made mine what a wonderful person you are and a massive massive thankyou Jodie merry Christmas sweetheart x can’t remember the date i visted but was dec xx
