Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service3 for £20 offer but when you pay they give you 2 for £20 and say the other item is on sale for £7 so you get charged £27 for 3 items that all have the sticker on them so should be part of the deal.Complain in store they don't want to accept that they are wrong and online customer service is even worse.Won't be back

I use B&M on a regular basis. After an issue with a purchade instore I contacted customer service and my issue was resolved promptly. My 5 star review is for Lisa who resolved my issue and was very helpful and understanding

Bought 3 toys on offer for £20

Bought 3 toys on offer for £20, needed to exchange one for another toy in the same offer. Was being charged £6 odds, I explained it was in same offer but was told its complicated and would need to bring all 3 items back? Gave up and left. Went to Uddingston Glasgow branch and exchange was done no problem, thank you. Crown St Glasgow I won't be back, I think you need to train your staff. Such a simple exchange, with receipt 🤔

Amazing customer service from Sierra at the B&M customer call centre. I misplaced my receipt and needed it to arrange a refund. She quickly assisted me with my enquiry and sent me a digital copy of my receipt, I was so impressed by her efficiency and friendliness.

Purchased a Christmas Tree

Purchased a Christmas Tree, when opened we found out that the Plug on the Tree was broken. Unfortunately I had lost my receipt so called up customer services. Spoke with Isabelle and she was amazing, ask me for all details needed and emailed my over my receipt. Had it all sorted within half an hour. Very grateful.
