Bought a pair of Quiet Comfort II buds and really wish I hadn`t. Within a a few days I noticed an issue with the sound dropping out every couple of seconds. I contacted BOSE and everything went well to start with. I returned the faulty ones as promised. That`s where the problems started. They seem to be incapable of delivering the replacement set. Despite all sorts of re-assurances via WhatsApp chat I still have no ear buds. Apparently I have to wait 72 hours for them to `escalate` the issue. A complete and utter failure by BOSE. Terrible product initially and then the aftercare is the worst I have ever come across and that is saying something. It should not be my responsibility to chase and chase and chase when they have dropped things all over the floor. All a bit sad really. I have spent thousands on their products over the years.
I had a pair of Quiet Comfort II headphones that were within warranty and therefore Bose agreed for me to return them, which I did on the 2nd of January 2025 and which were signed for on the 6th of January 2025 at Bose. We are now on the 13th of February and I have been running from pillar to post with no joy and countless empty promises. Absolutely disgusting service and simply ridiculous. I have been made to wait so long for the replacement of my headphones. Currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy for stage four metastatic cancer and not having the headphones or the time to keep dealing with this is causing me more stress than I should be dealing with at this stage.
I returned a faulty set of Quite comfort headphones using the Bose returns service on the 1st week in December. I have contacted them 5 times since and they cannot give me a commitment to send a replacement. The quality of the original product is very poor as it only lasted a couple of months with very light use. However the customer service is the worst part of this company. They keep fobbing you off with misleading tales of investigation teams and apologies. At this stage I have zero confidence in the company and products. I could not recommend them to anybody. I ordered a BOSE base module 700 on 23rd December to compliment a recently purchased soundbar and pair of surround speakers. As of 6th February it still has not arrived. No updates from BOSE at all. I have called their customer support twice, waiting 45 mins on the first occasion and over 1 hour on the second. I was told the product would arrive by 5th February - well it hasn’t. Just like many others here I have ordered some headphones worth £399 and they have emailed me saying ‘we missed you’ and then never delivered my order. The order states delivered when it clearly hasn’t been, I was then told to wait 72 hours for an investigation just to be told I have to wait another 72 hours once that time frame was up, I’ve now contacted again after another 72 hours and they’re now telling me 8-10 business days 🤣 I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. Nobody takes accountability for anything and they just send copy and pasted messages that aren’t even relevant to the issue 🤣 stay well clear of anything to do with this company they are just blatantly scamming people 🤣 they also won’t even let me make a complaint or speak to a manager so it seems like the only options I have is to report them to my bank for a refund and then the ombudsman, i suggest anyone with the same/similar issues does the same thing because you won’t get anywhere with their customer service.
I recently purchased some QC Ultra earbuds and received a faulty pair. They sound distorted, hiss constantly and make buzzing and beeping sounds in the left ear. I reached out to customer service expecting a fairly simple and fair resolution, but instead I was told I'd have to wait up to 4 weeks for a replacement to be sent out after I send my faulty pair back, despite the fact that Bose offer express 2-day delivery on their online store. I opted for a refund. After speaking to other customers online it seems that these issues are very common. Bose are clearly not performing proper quality control checks on their expensive products before bringing them to market. After saving up for these earbuds, I was excited to try a premium product, but unfortunately there was nothing premium about the quality or service I received.
Previously a repeat customer of Bose, having spent thousands of pounds, I’ll not be back. Ordered a set of QC Ultras for upcoming travel, they were scheduled to arrive too late (despite repeated promises they would be with me on time) turned around the delivery and nearly a month and a half later I’m still waiting for my refund despite hastening. Bose have even taken their customer service number offline!
Soundbar faulty, eventually received the correct return label, after 3 phones call, the customer address 11 years out of date. Trip to UPS drop off only to be told they can't use QR codes, 11 miles later, on the phone to Bose, another non speaking English person who didn't understand. After 30 minutes on the phone they eventually sent a label, 11 miles later its at the UPS dropoff. Rang Bose 4 days later to be told they have received it and that we would receive an email within 48 hours with replacement soundbar tracking details, no email received, rang on thursday only to be told they received it on wednesday and a replacement would be sent in 5 weeks. All bose assisants non English speaking. What an absolute shit service this is. Never again will we buy Bose.
I ordered an ultra smart soundbar I set it up , it was crackling from the speaker. Bose customer service said I can send back for a repair or a refund. I said I wanted a replacement they said I can only have it repaired. So I had a refund. I would not recommend Bose especially the money I paid for the soundbar. The Bose customer service is very poor for a large well known company.
Ordered the full home cinema system 900 and it said on the website that if you ordered before a certain time, you would get the product by Friday (a certain date) I’m still on ‘in process’ and now gone past that day! Been in contact with customer services and they just keep saying they will help but no actions happening! Will be cancelling order if I have to wait another week and save money and buy a rival sound system instead! Don’t feel confident with all the other poor reviews on here
