Scam artists- cancelled a policy over a year ago. Still being charged. When brought up to the person who started it Kushboo- says didnt happen even when provided proof, incurring additional charged for Kushboos negligence and scamming. Do not use this brokerage or Kushboo as a representative.
I have delt with insurance people since buying my first home in 1966. In all honesty I had the best experience with BrokerLink. I delt with Charliy who got me an amazing price for contents insurance. He was so polite, helpful and his kindness did not go unnoticed. I am 80yrs old and never once had to say "get me a better price". He got me the better price than the other 4 company's that quoted me. I had a quote, signed up, and email from Charliy to confirm with in 2 hrs. Excellent service. Thank you BrokerLink.
Recently I had to contact my BrokerLink South ON, to arrange a policy for the purchase of another vehicle, the attention of Miss Kaitlyn Legge was very attentive and effective in answering my questions regarding the policy, thank you very much for the excellent attention.
I was forced into a very stressful situation and time was critical. I was told they would call me back as soon as they talked with their underwriters. They never called back. I wasn’t aware they have so many negative reviews until I went online to write this review. They are playing games with people’s lives and don’t care. I called another company and had insurance in less than an hour. Smarten up Brokerlink. And get some people that can speak better English.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with Economical Auto insurance department and broker link. They are proceeding to cancel my auto insurance because they stated they have sent me 3 registered letters for non payment. However, when I reached out to my broker at brokerlink in December they told me they would get back to me with payment options. They never did which resulted in Economical assuming it was okay to put my payments all together for the following month and telling me I had to pay an amount by a certain date. I made the payment but them adding my bills to make it way more than my monthly payments make no sense to me. I will never choose them again and as a single mom looking for insurance will be so hard. They are denying my right to pay and keep my insurance. Which makes no sense. All I needed was clarity and no one got back to me. I also made payments so I’m also upset that they are saying I didn’t pay.
I had to register my car today 2025-02-03 at Broker link at 1150 Cyrville Rd Suite 200. I met insurance agent innes. She explained to me my options and different coverages. She was very professional, helpfull, efficient and kind. I had great experience and would recomment brokerlink.
I know insurance places are usually looking to get as much money as possible but this company is terrible. Have been having issues with them since November when my policy changed by 20% and no one informed me (was told by a rep if it changed from 10-15% they were to let you know) and this just slipped their mind before my policy renewed for a year. After confirming multiple different times with different reps the "estimate" was around $500 but when I got my actual cancellation notice it's over $1000. How is that an ESTIMATE when it would doubled!? People base their decisions off the estimate that is given and these people are ROBBING more money after the paper is signed. I get that the reps probably get a lot of attitude but maybe if they didn't lie and was truthful about stuff there wouldn't be so much to be frustrated about. After other people made multiple mistakes and gave me a wildly different estimate I essentially got "nothing we can do, pay up or stay in the contract". RUN from this place. DO NOT USE IT and DO NOT use GORE. they are CROOKS!!!
Great experience and great savings. Met with Darlene Markle of Brokerlink Huntsville and she saved me almost $1600.00 on my home and auto. A pleasure working with her and I highly recommend checking this broker out before you renew.
