BUFFALO NEVER DELIVER

I buy from TEMU and Buffalo never deliver. They refuse to phone to say they are at the door. We live in South Africa, it has to be handed over to the purchaser. So it's a scam. I pay courier costs and they don't deliver. TEMU needs to investigate with Buffalo international. We are being scammed. Just PHONE ME and I will kjiw you are at the gate!!!@

Horrific Service and Lost parcels

Shipment delayed for weeks. Finally get to collect. Arrive back in Pretoria only for Buffalo to let know they missed one parcel. After checking all holders found 7 boxes are missing. One box not part of consignment. Question is were the 7 boxes stolen internally? Shockingly bad service. Unreliable and incompetent

If I could give it a half star I would , this is the worst courier option I've ever used , my parcel have been delayed so many times I'm even tired on the back and forth via emails because there's literally no solutions, I wouldn't recommend

I’m very frustrated right now i am not happy with your service I was supposed to get my order last week and one that really piss me off is that you don’t even call or something I am the one I called everytime asking about my order. Your service is really bad and pathetic. I want my order asap. Bad bad service the thing you are good at is asking lot of money for customs. Make sure make order is not demaged or lost. Buffalo logistics you are full of shit

Worst experience ever , drivers are incompetent....im still waiting for my order even today the driver lies and says he came to my place and tried to call but its all a lie this is just disgusting and fustrating

The worst courier service ever

The worst courier service ever; they called me on February 19th to say that they could not deliver because my delivery address was wrong. They are now emailing me to update my address and charging me more for it. I do not know how or who altered it, but I have been sending them screenshots proving that I wrote the right address on my first purchase, and nobody seems to be helping!

Worst in courier business buffalo failed 2 times already in delivering my parcel i email the company they keep on sending useless info and so on as i keep on asking regarding my parcel now the parcel are returning back to their warehouse in JHB they are the worst in courier business

That's why they called it Buffalo. They couldn't think of a better name. No response in all kinds of communication. What rubbish. I don't mean to be rude but dropping a parcel without giving me a pin?how do they think l will open a locker??must l use a hummer??or I must practice magic right infront of the locker.or maybe l should close my eyes and prophecy about the pin?That is if the parcel was delivered anywhere. Temu and Buffalo are a true combination of scams. I learnt a lesson. Thank God I was not too quick to place big orders. Mxm

It Did Not. Then this Morning it told me my parcel is on a plane and due to land at 6pm Tonight.
