The most useless experience in my life. So apparently they do not deliver unless they can reach you by phone. Instead of kust driving to the adress and deliver the damn package! Nonetheless, I contacted Bufallo service centre and there is nothing they can do to change my number for the package to be delivered, they say that the supplier should chamge the number, when I speak to the supplier, they say that bufallo has the right to change the number and according to Bufallo they jave no right to change the number, I offered to pick up the package at the warehous, this is also not allowed. How stupid. I do not recommend to use them for your bussines or private courier service.
Logged a return since 12 October 2025, today the date is 17 November but still I get stories every week and I have my parcel sitting not used whilst I paid money for it and I cannot be refunded because Buffalo refuses to collect the parcel, all you do is lie ablut the parcel being picked up, it has been over a month now of empty promises, highly disappointed with your services.
Terrible experience with the courier. The courier stated that he would not deliver in my area as it was outside of his jurisdiction and that he would arrange for another driver. I did not receive a callm when contacting him he denied what he said. After resending him his voice note, he mentioned issues unrelated to the collection. When contacting the call center was asked to call back as the lady could not stay on the line while I was searching for the information that she required that I asked her to guide to get on the app. When I called back another lady Natasha informed me my code was different hence they were unable to deliver. I informed her this was a collection and they had previously successfully delivered to the same address, she kept quite until I had to end the call. Overall, Terrible experience.
Buffalo used to be pretty Incredible as well as fast for their deliveries but over the last few months, they've taken a turn for the worse. Unsure if new management has taken over but I don't forsee this company lasting long when their service has become this shoddy.
Need to sent a packet. Driver didn't pitch according to the collection timelines. That was Wednesday. It is today Saterday and no sign of the driver.I will not accept service like that. And will not deal with arrogance and disrespect from a driver. Buffalo should not send the same driver for the pick.
My package was supposed to be delivered today, but I received a mail stating that it was incorrectly allocated. The call centre told me the package was allocate to a driver that does not deliver in my AREA, haha - how ridicuous - so the product I needed this weekend, will only arrive next weekend. Great service (sarcasm of course)
If there was a choice to give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely terrible service, emails are invalid and the number won't work.I have been waiting for my package that they said would have been delivered already. I don't understand why the Shein company uses them. THE WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY TO EXIST!!!!!!!!
You have poor service. You delivered my package on the 31 July 2025 and i booked the return. They collected on the 3rd of August 2025 on 4th of August 2025 they deliver it back to me with out returning it to Temu. I told the driver to to return it to Temu. After week I went straight to their warehouse they gave another tracking number on the 25th of August 2025. I received a WhatsApp teling me to pay R164,00 to reschedule my delivery.I tried so many times to call but no help. The my parcel was canceled I must rebook collection while the package is on them. I did rebook and the driver came I told him that the package is on them. I call the driver the following day to check but no help. Now they canceled it again. This buffalo logistics doesn't care about us. There's this guy in Mthatha warehouse call Thabo He knows where is my package. I think we need to go to court about this.
I received my parcel on the 5th September and the parcel was tempered with (it had a hole). I contacted the delivery driver and he just read my text and never replied, I called him, he didn't answer my calls or returned my calls. I than decided to contact Shein because my parcel was from Shein, Shein confirmed that all my items were packed and dispatched correctly on their side. I than tried contacting Buffalo and sent them an email via the support email address - which was suggested by the whatsapp bot on the 6th September 2025 (it was over the weekend, so I didn't expect a response from them). On Monday the 8th September 2025, I tried communicating with them via whatsapp again, the whatsapp bot is as worse as their human agents. The bot kept on asking me the same questions and I couldn't get through the human agent. On the 9th September 2025 I called Buffalo and I spoke to Ayanda who told me to send pictures of my package and the missing item, I did that on the 9th September 2025. Ayanda never came back to me, and I called again the following week. I got hold of Ayanda again and I re-explained issue to her, and she said the support team will be contact with me via email as she has escalated my case. She also mentioned that she couldn't see my emails. Since then, I haven't heard anything from Ayanda or the support team. On Tuesday the 22nd September 2025 I called Buffalo again, this time I got hold of Ofentse, I had to explain myself again and Ofentse said she could see my whatsapps and not the emails I sent. She then asked me to reshare the pictures of the package via whatsapp and I did. Today is the 24th September 2025 and still nothing from Ofentse or anyone from Buffalo. This has been very frustrating and emotionally draining. It's a waste of my time and money because I constantly need to follow up and need to explain myself to show that nothing is done on their side regarding my case, because why must I explain myself all the time? Why are there no records of my calls regarding my case? The communication and service from Buffalo is daunting, frustrating, terrible and horrible for a consumer to experience. I am writing this to warn anyone who orders internationally and uses Buffalo as their courier service. Make sure you notify the e-commerce company you order from not to use Buffalo for your package delivery. For your safety and peace of mind, consider using reliable logistics providers with established reputations and good track records.
I've always had bad experience with Buffalo it's been 15 days + since my order is out for delivery whenever I try to call they kept on telling me that my parcel is with the third party of which was a lie then today they say the driver was hijacked! I'm so mad!
