the parcel was somehow taken from DHL to cargus without my knowledge or consent and wasn't delivered on the day of delivery. the parcel appears to be back at their warehouse without a delivery date.so they basically stole my package.there is also no way to contact anyone for help.the worst courier service that i know of.
Terrible, they don’t even deserve 1 star. They pretend to deliver the packages just to leave you a message telling you to go pick them up yourself in the middle of nowhere. And that’s after they’ve already taken your delivery fee. EMAG should stop partnering with such couriers.
They were incapable to deliver a package even though I spent 5 days with chat and sending emails to contact due to a reprint label of the address, this is so unacceptable, the package arrived sooner from China and was blocked by them.
Worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. It’s hard to understand how companies continue to work with Cargus given the level of unprofessionalism displayed. Their notification messages provide no delivery date or timeframe — as if customers have nothing better to do than stay home all day waiting for a package.Even worse, deliveries are often not attempted at all, yet the status falsely claims that the courier “could not find the recipient” — despite no phone call or doorbell ring. As a result, customers end up without their packages, having wasted money on delivery fees and time on follow-ups.It’s disappointing and frustrating that, in 2025, service providers in Romania can still operate with such a lack of professionalism, transparency, and integrity.
Absolute dog water courier service, and I've seen my fair share.UPS had passed on my parcel to them, but apparently they didn't care to ask for an address or phone number, and had the audacity to state in the tracking history "tried to make delivery, customer wasn't home"If a store you're buying from has Cargus shipping, buy from somewhere else, I'm not even joking.
I ordered something from Altex and it was supposed to arrive on 30th of September via Cargus. Even though I received a message from Cargus that it would be delivered on the 1st of October, today is the 2nd and I still haven't received it.Anyway, I contacted Cargus customer support, and was greeted with one of the most impolite support agents I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They weren't able to provide any concrete information and they kept stalling. One of the worst experiences I've had with a courier service.
Package sent with DHL from Germany, delivered in Romania with Cargus arrived damaged and ( ofcourse ) Cargus doesn`t want to assume any resposability in delivering it damaged. Very bad customer sevice, everybody who orders something online and it is delivered with Cargus, should think twice before sending out the order!
