The worst delivery company from…

The worst delivery company from Romania, the couriers do whatever they want, they call you 2 minutes before they arrive and if, god forbid, you are at work, they deliver your order outside the Bucharest.

The worst service experience EVER

The worst service experience EVER. Had an international parcel sent via DHL, who for some reason use this joke of a company as their Romanian partner. Are your employees working under forced pressure without pay? Otherwise, I have no idea how a company can be this rude and irresponsible. I went through it all: 1. Couriers never call 2. Mark delivery as failed without even trying to reach 3. Lie about updating your data 4. Support says they have English (literally: “For English press 9”), but then a Romanian-speaking agent picks up, says “No English,” and hangs upI thought maybe English was the issue, so I asked our Romanian manager from the office to help me, but all he got was a mad guy screaming at him for no reason and lying that my parcel was with the courier, even though it was in the warehouse… Pickup point is in the middle of nowhere in Bucharest area, with only one lady working there. Thank God this hell is over.Hope when they finally merged with Sameday things get better.

These are pure vermin

These are pure vermin. Scammers. They do NOT have any option to contact them when you have an issue with their system, Customer support hangs up the phone in your face saying they do not have capability to support with orders and they send you to chat, where in CHAT, you do not have any possibility to be assisted by support. It's a big joke. You should be INSANE to ever pay these animals for a service which is disastrous. Also I paid in advance and did not get my money back. I will file a legal dispute.

I was waiting for an urgent envelope

I was waiting for an urgent envelope. I received message in the morning that it will be delivered today. I waited all the day and no phone call from them. In the evening when I checked again the status on their site it was "Delivered".I open a complain and I wait.

worst experience

worst experience, i paid an emergency fee and in fact it was not delivered as promised. i paid for nothing emergency fee. I will never use again Cargus and I do not recomment it

Very unprofessional

I ordered shoes from a store because I urgently needed them the day after the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, the courier lied, claiming he couldn’t reach me, even though I had called and messaged him first thing in the morning. After that, I went through endless conversations with support agents, who also kept misleading me day after day. Six days later, the package was finally delivered—despite me already notifying them that I no longer needed it. A support agent even confirmed she had created a return request. Honestly, it feels like no one there actually works for the company.

Their customer service is invisible

Their customer service is invisible, I called them and they redirected me to send email or chat, chat is only bot and I get no help, I made a order, paid it, and in 2 days I get information that the order was cancelled because of no payment, while the payment was confirmed, I got absolutely no help. It is a shame that they are so against providing help.

Rubbish

Worst courier in the whole country. What a joke to get a package delivered by this bunch of clowns. The whole experience has been shambles and I haven’t even received the package yet. I have to go and collect it myself somewhere almost 2hrs drive from my place. No phone number to speak to anyone. Absolute rubbish. You better close the company.

Redirected package to warehouse

Agreed with the curier and received confirmation over the phone that the package will be postponed and delivered in 2 days, instead he had "retried" to deliver it the following day although he knew I am not avaialble. It got redirected straight to warehouse outside Bucharest 15 km away without any posibility to redirect from the application. Ridiculous! You should be ashamed with such a terrible service. Avoid at all costs unless like me you have no choice because of the sender's choice.

horrible service

In their mail they wrote that the package will be put in the nearest Ship&Go spot if I am not home when delivered. They sent the package to the warehouse 10km away where I had to go to pickup in 5 days. Horrible service. No option to choose the delivery date or nearest Ship&Go spot.
