the box was so damaged

the box arrived extremely damaged and the pieces were super fragile too. luckily the parts weren't damaged, but the box looked as if it's been sat on by a pig

The lockers are just horrible to use

The lockers are just horrible to use, they redirect you to websites just to re redirect you to downloading the app , if i were to make them on purpose to annoy people congrats it worked .

Zero interest in getting the job done

They have zero interest in getting the job done. I had an order to receive from Germany and on the day the parcel was out for delivery I suddenly noticed the message that my address could not be found... I was home all day and I highly doubt that someone has even tried. Even more interesting is that they have already delivered to my address from the same vendor 2 or 3 times in the past month... It gets worse when you try contacting them because in reality you can't... wonder how much time will it take for some to realize that the useless chat bots don't really solve any problems and that isn't client support by any definition

The worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced.I asked for a delivery to a specific location, but the package was sent to a different city. When I contacted support, they told me to go to that city to retrieve it.I spoke to 4 different support agents to find a solution. They all confirmed that the package would be there on a specific date. I asked multiple times if they were 100% sure and they said yes every time.When I got there, surprise, the package had already been returned to the sender.This is beyond frustrating. Totally unprofessional and misleading. They wasted my time and money because of their own mistake. So who’s going to pay me back?AVOID USING CARGUS.

Simply incompetents!!

Simply incompetents!!! They returned a package although the recipient did not request that! Also, they do not have phone support anymore for regular customers, they only offer phone support for companies and contractors. They have an useless chat and the only way to contact them is via email, which takes ages to get a response from. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bottom of the barrel

About as bad as it gets. Their application dosn't work 80 percent of the time. Zero communication. Horrible delivery times. Not to mention that they messed up the address and sent my package to somewhere else, and I had to wait another day. If you have the option, please, and I mean PLEASE choose someone else. If you don't have that option, I pray for you and your package.

The courier company bar is already low, but they take it to new lows

I would rate lower if I could. I ordered some clothes from Germany, they got to the country in 1 day. Cargus took 4 days to "unsuccessfully" deliver them. I messed up a number in my phone number, but the email and delivery address was correct. They made 0 attempts to reach me through email or just check the address. I had to manually check that my package arrived at a NOT EVEN CLOSELY nearby pickup point. Lot of pickup points were available close to the address, but they left it at 2 km distance from me.When I went to pick it up, they couldn't release the package to me because I didn't have the PIN number. I called their phone number, and the lady told me to contact them trough email to resolve the issue, max 15 minutes, she said. That was at Friday 4 PM, the pickup point was closing. So I wrote the email and left, hopefully to return Monday. Well no, I got a reply Monday to clarify some details, which I immediately did, and that was that. It's Tuesday. I have gotten no response. I have no package, even tho I literally held it in my hand, but wasn't allowed to leave with it. It's been so long, that the sender automatically initiated the return process, thinking I don't want my package anymore. Had to contact them too to explain the situation.I would pay just for companies to not use Cargus.
