Always on time (Sibiu)

Always on time, no problems at all. I live in Sibiu, Romania, I received quite a number of packages through them and I always had very good experiences. The application is also very helpful

Worst company

This company is not deliverying you packages and they just send it to the warehouse and asks you to pick it up in max 5 days. In a big city, Like Bucharest, you will have to go outside the city to pick-it up. You cannot get in contact with any person working for this company. I strongly advice to avoid working with this company. I will defenetly avoid ordering any products online if Cargus is the company to deliver it.

The guy who came to deliver package…

The guy who came to deliver package stole 100 ron from me. I gave him the money and he pretended they were 100 ron less... I have checked several times before he came and the money were counted correctly and it was the correct ammount. When I was not looking he „palmed” 100 ron and pretended I counted incorrectly.

Cargus doesn't deserve an operating licence anymore

This is the second time this courier company has not sent me any text message or email regarding the delivery day, let alone the time slot. In addition, Cargus does not deliver the package the next day if it failed to deliver it the first day. It sends you directly to the warehouse the first day!Of course, getting in touch with a person from the company was impossible. They have two phone numbers but no one answers. They only contacted me by email, the day after I wrote them three emails and told them that, according to the law, they are obliged to notify me and bring the package to my home! Any courier company is obliged to come to my home twice in a row!

worst delivery possible...they kept my…

worst delivery possible...they kept my packgage and sent ot back although the adress was perfectly written on it. Twice. Once it goes back into the depozit they dont give it back-its their rule- even if you want to pay. useless piece of shit delivery.

Cargus sucks

Mobile application and website don't work properly if you want to do the whole thing yourself and not over the phone (i tried New Parcel 4 times, each time, once the payment went through, details on the expedition had changed to something else - like pick up date changed to the next day, etc). Had to do it with a consultant in a call center and they hung up on me in the middle of it.

Worst service i have ever seen

Delivery guy called me, asked for the more specific address, and then just disappeared. A bit later i received a notification that my package was redirected to SHIP&GO ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE CITY!!! Idiots.

Simply incompetent

Time and time again they disrespect delivery times, refuse to answer any form of communication and sidestep any accountability. I had a package being delivered to me just today; it was scheduled to be delivered and was out of the warehouse when I woke up. By noon it was back in the warehouse and when I managed to get a hang of one of their drivers by asking a local business owner to call them for me, they just said I should wait until Monday, because of course the shittiest delivery service in the country also doesn't work in weekends.Dead end. Do not even consider it an option. It doesn't exist. Or maybe just shouldn't.
