If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told that it had been recently serviced. The coolant bottle was leaking. A washer was placed on Sump plug very tightly to stop a leak. Apparently the MOT advised both front Tyres needed replacing, wasn't stated on MOT certificate and Tyres are only just legal.

Don't buy from this company

We bought a car from here and gave it back 4 days later.everything was wrong with it.The warranty ain't worth the paper its written on either..They said we couldn't have our old car back and were stil waiting on them fixing our new car 4 weeks later. The car should never have been able to leave the garage..Robbing xxxx is what I call people like them.. Very unprofessional people. The next step is trading standards as I'm getting nowhere with them.got car back meant to be fixed.still not right so they have it back again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CARS4YOULTD.CO.UK

Purchased mini last year September and broke down within a week, Wee had curtesy car for 3 months always told us it's nearly sorted, waiting on parts, you will get your car bk on this date ect... never happen the car was absolutely knackered, went through finance company as wee were getting nowhere with them, in the end the car was goosed beyond repair wee were told!! Fast forward 6 months wee got another mini very low mileage still have to this day couple minor issues and it's sorted, but wee gave them the car to get sorted wee were told it needed a test drive to find the issue wee were also told it will probably get drove a few miles here or their... 3 weeks later wee go to collect car they PUT 400 miles on the clock and they are making up every excuse to tell us why they done it and does not make sense!!!!They also drained our full tank of petrol and tried to give it back to us on practically emptyThis was cars 4 you straight in Edinburgh Absolutely fuming with them, wee always had to call back for updates as they would not get intouch , every curtesy car wee got had no petrol/diesel Told to email Murray who is an absolute joke of a man, was not intrested in what wee had to say, he does not give a shit about any of his customers what so ever, he told us he discounted the car because the one he originally sold us was undrivable and didnt tell us so in his view he was doing good and he said he swapped the rims on the car that was screwed that I originally had restored and wanted them bk or my money back, 🤣🤣🤣 the mini they sold us first time around after having it for 4 months and told us the car is not fit for purpose is actually back on their website SO STAY AWAY FROM ANY MINI ITS GREY!! Read the reviews and avoid…

If you want a car with more issues than vogue then look no further.. The only flag this mob should be flying is a huge red one.Dont even know where to start but here we go. Saw the car online and loved it,went up,looked it over, wanted it,went for it. Writing wasn't even dry on the paperwork and was asked to write a good review before I left. Was told it would be ready and serviced within a week.It must have sat for a week with not one thing done,as it had bulb out,no service done, not even washed and a totally broken grill and fan not working. Surely if it was checked before leaving all this would have been picked up..To cut a long story short I was in and out with mechanical problems for a couple of weeks. I had to leave the car first time so this fab company gave me a courtesy car.. yip you guessed my trade in. So after about a week, got car back, still with problems, got another courtesy car ,nearly two weeks down the line with no communication I asked about my car.. it was getting taken to Edinburgh from Falkirk to be fixed..Asked if it would be brought back to Falkirk as I'm not big on driving in Edinburgh. Yip it will says them.. gets a call cars ready..in Edinburgh..Sorry but I'm not coming through to Edinburgh, I already explained this. Next gets an email from the manager Murray telling me my cars ready to be picked up in Edinburgh.. Explained it once again and to be honest if they couldn't fix it in Falkirk and had to take it to Edinburgh, then surely they would have the decency to bring it back.. They did in the end. But the moral of this story is..read reviews before you buy.and avoid this lot like the plague .Hope trading standards look into this lot.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

🚨 Warning to Anyone Considering Cars4You (Falkirk Branch) 🚨My full experience – please read before using them or recommending them to anyone.I passed my driving test on the 3rd of June and started the exciting journey of finding my first car. I used Car Finance 247 as a broker and chose a Fiat 500L Popstar, which connected me with Cars4You (Falkirk branch). • Paid a £200 deposit on June 5th, was told the car would be ready by Monday the 9th. • The dealership delayed collection by 10 days, claiming the car needed a new oxygen sensor. I agreed to wait, trusting it would be sorted. • Offered a courtesy car, which I picked up on June 12th. When I asked if it could be delivered and collected due to my full-time job and 45-minute distance, the employee said:“No, and to be honest, I’m not obliged to give you a courtesy car, so I’m actually doing you a favour.”Completely unprofessional, but I just wanted to get back on the road. • Picked up the Fiat on June 16th. • On June 18th, the car lost power on the motorway, dropping from 50mph to 40mph with my foot flat on the accelerator. It was terrifying. • AA came out, couldn’t find a specific fault but discovered the oxygen sensor hadn’t been changed—it was in disgusting condition.I rejected the car within my legal rights and informed both the dealership and my broker. Cars4You immediately became evasive, dodging calls and emails.By June 20th, I returned the car. The manager offered me another courtesy vehicle and showed me a Suzuki Celerio at their Edinburgh branch. I test drove it and agreed to go ahead. I was given a Vauxhall Astra as a courtesy car and told “not to worry, we’ll sort everything.”Then the same pattern started again: • More delays, vague updates • I did a HPI check on the Fiat: multiple failed MOTs • The courtesy Astra wasn’t road taxed—it hadn’t been since MarchThat’s when I decided to walk away completely. I told them I didn’t want any vehicle from them. They refused to collect the courtesy car and didn’t inform my finance lender that I had rejected any cars. My broker and lender raised complaints — and were also ignored.I then found out: • They had received the finance funds for the Fiat a week before I collected it • The Suzuki had outstanding finance • They had already listed the Fiat for sale again, even though the finance was still active • They refused to refund the money until I returned the Astra — which I had to drive back myselfI stood in the dealership and calmly explained everything — the MOTs, tax issues, dodged complaints, the financial impact — and the employee just kept repeating:“I’m just a salesman.”On top of the stress and wasted time, I’ve lost almost £400 in insurance policy changes, cancellations, and amendments every time I was misled into believing a new car was ready.✅ I finally received my refund by disputing the transaction through my bank. I am no longer tied to Cars4You in any way.But here’s what’s most worrying:📌 I’ve since found multiple people with the same experience — faulty cars, fraudulent MOTs, untaxed vehicles, zero accountability, and silence when complaints arise.📌 They are also buying false positive reviews online to cover up the truth about how they operate. Their shady practices are being buried under fake praise.⚠️ Please be extremely cautious. This business is actively misleading customers, and no one should have to go through this with something as important and expensive as buying a car.

Absolute joke of a business

Absolute joke of a business. Sold my car to them and still chasing the payment of over two weeks later. Constantly passed from person to person and no one taking responsibility. The manager finally spoke to me and I was told “I’ve passed it on, what do you want me to do?” Ridiculous customer service from every employee I spoke to. They try to avoid taking any responsibility by telling customers “oh the manager isn’t in, you’ll get a call back” which you will never receive. AVOID!!

❌ Scam Warning

❌ Scam Warning – Took My Deposit and Refused to Refund It!This company is an absolute disgrace. I paid a deposit for a car I NEVER even saw in person. According to their own “distance sale” policy, I should’ve been entitled to a full refund — no questions asked — since I cancelled well within the 14-day window and hadn’t signed or viewed anything.I tried to deal with them professionally — they didn’t care. I was forced to file a chargeback through my bank just to get MY OWN MONEY BACK. I'll also report them to trading standards. This is NOT how a trustworthy business operates. They advertise one thing and do the opposite. Pure shady behaviour.Avoid them at all costs. If they can steal a deposit, what else are they doing behind the scenes?

Would recommend. Good experience

Peter at Cars4you couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and did everything possible to make the process seemless. He did everything he promised, as did the workshop when I picked up a few things I wanted done. Thanks Peter.
