I’ve rented cars all over Europe and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had.There is no signage at the airport telling you where to go. Two airport information desks didn’t know where this company was located, one even suggested taking a public bus. The rental location is impossible to walk to, and once you finally arrive you lose 45 minutes dealing with slow paperwork and rude, uninterested staff.The real problem came at the end.When I arrived, I clearly explained that my colleagues’ flight was delayed. I told them I would complete the paperwork first to save time, but would then need to go back to the airport to collect them. This was explained up front.Only after taking my time, processing everything, and handing me the keys did they tell me they would not bring my colleagues from the airport to the rental office because “they are not our customers, only you are”. This made absolutely no sense. We were travelling together, using the same rental, and I was the one paying.There was no flexibility, no attempt to help, and no interest in resolving the situation. Just a flat refusal.In the end I had to drive back to the airport myself and pay for short-stay parking just to collect them.Yes, the car was fine and the price was cheap. Everything else about the collection was a mess. When dropping the car off the staff were different and great. Just shows how important customer service is as they lost not only myself as a customer but will also be removed from the approved supplier list.
Modelin AirportGood car for reasonable price. We got Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid (exactly the model we booked) 2023-year build, 90000 km, but in very good shape. Since we pay for full insurance, no credit card needed. They blocked 500 pln as deposit on debit card. Deposit was unblocked within one hour after we return car. We also paid for option to return car unclean. This is little bit strange option, but almost all Polish car rental companies requiring to return car in clean condition, inside and outside. “Clean” they mean really clean, at least same clean as you got car. This will require you to search for carwash point very near to return point, which is not always available! So we recommend to purchase option to return car unclean.Finally, we can highly recommend this rental company, in case you ready to pay for full insurance and unclean return.
I am really happy because this company of rental cars showed very professional attitude.The staff were very helpful and friendly.They did for me very quick and explained everything very clearly.Furthermore they offer good price than other rental cars company .I would like to recommend it.
booked car via economybookings.comCredit card didn't work, been told to pay 275GBP non refundable charge on top of my rental fee...or rent through them directly...which I did (was middle of the night) . I paid more than double for my car ...instead 121 GBP I paid 315GBP plus 100 deposit. honestly ... they just took advantage of me and my tired family.
