This company is a complete scam. They claimed there were "scratches" on the car that were clearly already there—and charged me an outrageous fee for repair. Total thieves. I tried to dispute it, but customer service was useless and borderline rude. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off.
I’m reluctant to give one star but there’s no option for 0 stars. This company is disgraceful. The service people in Krakow Poland were so rude to us both when we picked up the car and when we dropped it off. At drop-off, we were accused of leaving two scratches on the car, marks that were so minuscule they were almost invisible. You would need a microscope to see these marks so it was of course impossible for us to prove we had not created them. We believe the company makes their money by charging an initial low rental fee and then scamming money out of the customers by accusing them of damaging the car in a way that no one could prove or disprove. We suspect they do this more often to foreigners (like us) who cannot argue and have no recourse. That’s their business model. Do not use this company. We’ve never received this kind of treatment from any other car rental company. Be warned.
Krakow location. Very rude , unprofessional bunch of young people who don't know a thing about how to treat people with respect. I rented hundreds of cars in my 46 years of work. Never anybody raise a voice at me. Those people should be fired on spot. They were late with pick up and return. They demanded to wash and vacuum the car. Ridicules!!!! It shows the beginners in work. Krakow, you can do better.
Be very careful when renting from this company...Everything seems perfect at first, not too bad customer support, cars are new, quite clean.They will give you a whole page of existing scratches on the car - more than 30+ on average and as you to check it (impossible job), but be careful there are more scratches some are not mentioned, they will try to catch you on that later telling it's new scratch and they will cut money from your deposit and share between each other.Total scam artists.Avoid, there are many other companies who are fair and are not scamming customers.Always check the reviews before renting, or make a video of a car on the first day to have proof later.
If u wonna get scammed its really good place to go! I’m 100% sure they will try to scam u, trust me dont bother with this company. „the company is a base of fraudsters, if you do not buy insurance at a dizzying price you will be charged for damages you did not cause„ ;)
