When we decided, nearly a year ago, to use a large firm of brokers for our remortgaging, we had no idea how long and complex the process would be, and were unsure what level of service we might receive. We completed yesterday and cannot praise John Charcol (and specifically Georgia Holmes, Partner) for a really quite extraordinarily brilliant service. Georgia guided us through the process professionally, diligently, competently and with every kindness and friendliness possible, including taking our calls when she was on holiday! We couldn't possibly have received better service. And our monthly payments have gone down too...
