If there was a zero star I’d choose…

If there was a zero star I’d choose that for this company. Messed my payment schedule because of their robot system and left a huge impact on my credit score. Now it’s been 3 weeks and they telling me it will take 6 more weeks to get it resolved. Costing me 3k in lossesOne of the most useless company I’ve dealt with.

I’ve had a finance agreement for 5 years and is due to come to an end. I would definitely recommend Close Bros. From taking out the agreement to it now ending I’ve found them professional keeping me informed once a year of my payments and outstanding balance. I’ve had no problem whatsoever the finance was a low affordable repayment. I would do business again

Total rip off!
