My parcel was delivered to the store over 10 hours ago according to the tracker on the Yodel website but I still haven't received a collection code.Update:Collect+ is about the instore experience of collecting your parcel, is it really? Well I finally got my collection code and went to the store to get my parcel which the store couldn't find so I still have no parcel. So your instore experience of collecting a parcel is absolutely dreadful!! Avoid Collect+ and Yodel, pathetic companies!!
I've been trying to drop of podback coffee pods via collect + for weeks. At first the shop said my printed labels were wrong. Now they're saying something about the machines being out of action. So annoying, it's the 4th time I've tried to drop off the bags.
Why do retailers use this terrible ‘service’ and I use the word ‘service’ loosely. Have been to the same Costcutter shop in Edenbridge, Kent three days in a row. First day, they can’t take as system is down, second day they have nowhere to put it, third day the clueless shopkeeper didn’t even bother giving me a response, just stared at me and muttered something unintelligible. Have given up now and will now go back to the retailer. I think they assume we can all drive around the country looking for someone to give our parcel to. Not all of us have cars. Will never use Collect plus and will never use retailers that insist on returning parcels using this so called service.
Dropped my parcel containing 3 pairs of shoes totalling £90 at a small shop in Alton Hampshire. The returns options for the retailer Hunter were limited to collect+ only. I contacted them to explain the nearest collect+ drop off was too far so they said they could arrange collection but I’d have to wait in all day. I’m self employed so decided I’d just have to make the lengthy journey to the shop. Dropped off on the 8th of August, shopkeeper provided a basic receipt with no tracking. One month on and still no refund and no one can locate my parcel due to no tracking. Even Collect+ say they can’t help me. Be warned, if you use collect+ then make sure you are provided with a tracking number because you’ll probably never see your money again. I’ve been told to wait until the 20th of September. Don’t know why that would be but if I don’t get my return I’ll have to contact trading standards.I don’t know who the parcel was collected by as the receipt does not provide this info and this company needs to make sure that the drop off sites provide tracking no matter which delivery company is used to collect it.I would never use this service ever again. Very upset and stressed by this experience as £90 is a lot of money to me.
As a regular using of C+, I was mortified when they couldn't locate my parcel. Delivered at 2pm, scanned in the terminal at 8pm. The store was absolutely useless and didn't seem to understand, it wasn't Yodels fault, it was theirs. They scanned it in so, I live chatted to VIKRAM who I must say, had absolutely no idea what to do. He blamed it on Yodel and wanted to conduct a driver interview. As I explained, if a parcel has been physically scanned in, why would you need to speak to the driver. You need to contact the store. CALL them. The response was blunt....you don't do that! As someone that used to work for Yodel, I know this wrong. The chat was shut down before I could ask anything else. Luckily, I went to the store again and got the parcel but as for the lack of knowledge from both C+ and the Paypoint store, I shall be taking my custom elsewhere. This time, it wasn't Yodels fault!!
For 2 days I have tried to send 5 parcels. Closest shop told me yesterday to come back today so I just did and they said they can only accept 2 parcels from me as issue with system!! So off i go to next shop they said sorry they cannot print labels...3rd shop CLOSED despite website saying open. Absolutely rubbish customer service! When I get a printer EVRI here I come!!! YES BUT HOW DO I PM YOU???!!!
I booked in a parcel to send via DHL on 18/9. I left it in a dropshop but the staff instructed me to leave it in the wrong bag so it ended up being collected by Collect+ the next morning.Naturally its DHL tracking has not updated as it now appears to be lost in the Collect+ system. I contacted Collect+ live chat only to be informed that as my order does not have a yodel tracking number (it was booked through DHL not Yodel) they wont take any steps to try to locate it. When I told them I know the address of the drop shop as well as the time and date the driver collected they abruptly ended the chat and so refused to offer any assistance in locating the parcel that their driver collected in error. This information should make it relatively easy to locate so why refuse to take it and to look into the case?
Tried to drop a parcel off at a designated Collect plus location - Highcross News , Poulton Le Fylde . Very rude and unhelpful shop owner, refused to take the parcel , as he had “ nowhere to put it “ , and repeatedly ranting , “ come back tomorrow. Avoid
This is mainly about the shop keeper at the drop off point. I dropped a parcel yesterday at Sarai stores in Idle Bradford. The shopkeeper said the parcel should have been in a grey or black bag. I had wrapped it in a supermarket carrier bag. I've never had an issue with this in the past and have received plenty of parcels myself in other coloured bags. I assured the shopkeeper of this several times and he eventually scanned the parcel and added the label, giving me the receipt. Then he told me to put it in a yellow box further down the shop. Now having lost parcels before, I said I wouldn't, the main reason for this being if anything were to happen to the parcel, the shop keeper would quite rightly say I was the last person to handle it so whatever happened would be my fault. Unfortunately I didn't get to explain this as the shop keeper picked up my parcel and threw it at me! I was stunned. I picked the parcel up and put it back on the counter. He picked it up and threw it across the shop toward the shop window, shouting that it will stay there and won't go anywhere. I was shocked at this aggressive behaviour that came from nowhere so I asked for my parcel back. The shop keeper refused. Then he got the parcel, tore some of the label off, then threw it at me again! I told him I would be reporting his behaviour and wouldn't use the shop again. He is a terrible representative for Yodel and Vinted, both of whom have also been informed of this incident. I'm just happy to get my parcel back and that it wasn't anything breakable

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
