How do i provide you further information ?Serious issue with drop off shops. 1. Shop has wired scanner which is of small length. They should have mobile scanner like Hermes.2. Shops do not want to take multiple parcels. I usually have 12 small parcels at a time.3. Drop off points are limited compared to Hermes and are often small shops who lack space.Yodel need to increase drop off points and chose spacious shops.
Was very frustrated when I walked over half an hour to my nearest Collect+ store (Spar, Shell Garage, Barrack Road, Christchurch) after checking their opening to find they would still be open until 9:00pm, but when I got there at 7:55pm, they were already shut. Annoying after assuring the recipient the items would be sent that day.
For the last couple of months I've been getting comms from Virgin Media telling me they are going to charge me for equipment I haven't returned. It turns out that Collect+ still have the item at their national depot; according to tracking its been there for 36 days! They are starting a manual search and hopefully it gets found then returned to VM otherwise I'll be on a debt collectors list. Disappointing..Update: Still no response about the manual search. Disappointed by your reply also. I'm not dealing with Yodel, I'm dealing with you. How about an apology and contacting Yodel on my behalf. I am wasting hours on this now between collect+, Yodel, virgin media.
Took 3 parcels to collect plus shop and stuck 3 labels on myself as handed to me from shop assistant from my barcodes but when I got home the receipt only showed 2 tracking details. The missing parcel shows no information that I even took to shop and all I have is the barcode info! Shop says oh don't worry it will be fine....I bet it won't be! Collect plus recently lost 2 of my parcels and their delivery times are shocking!
Unbelievably bad customer services. They marked my parcel as collected by me when I hadn’t, a week after it had been sent back to the retailer and supposedly at half midnight when the collection point isn’t even open.My parcel is now missing, I can’t get the retailer to tell me where it is or if I’ll be refunded at all as Collect plus have falsified tracking details claiming that I collected it when this is physically and logically impossible.I keep trying to find a customer service agent to help me but any time I click on the webchat page “none available” and they cut me off. As of writing this they have essentially defrauded and stolen from me. Insanely outrageous. Please avoid like the plague, they are so awful frankly I don’t know how they can legally still be operating in this country.EDIT: Yodel messaged me to claim that it is a member of Collect Plus staff that not only did not return my order to the sender, they marked it as collected by “mistake”. From where I’m stood it looks like a meme Ed of your staff did this in the hopes it would not be notices and so they could steal my parcel for themselves.
Why no stars below zero? We should be able to rate with below zero stars, i would give you minus 5, with pleasure.I got a parcel from Dune London, 12 pairs of shoes, all in one cardboard box, no problems there.I am returning 9 pairs back, using the collect plus system; put them in the same box, at the local collect plus store surprize, it is too big.Gone back home, resized the box, took two pairs of shoes out, gone back to the store with two parcels this time, one still too big, now i have to find or buy 3 or 4 cardboard boxes so i can split them enough in order for your drivers to be bothered to pick them up and load them in the van. Unless you are returning a pack of crisps, collect plus is pretty much useless.Three trips to the store, plus my wasted time, plus the hassle, plus the time wasted by me to write this 'under-rating' makes me avoiding you as much as i can in the future. Dear collect plus, if you are so fussy about doing what you are supposed to be doing, please step aside and let someone else collecting our parcels.Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
I had a parcel containing 4 cushions to return. I took it to the Alnwick collect + store in Upper Barresdale. They refused the return saying it was ‘too big’. I checked the website and the parcel was smaller than the maximum size so there was NO REASON to refuse the parcel. I then drove a 15 mile round trip to the next Collect+ store in Amble and they accepted it no problem. I hope collect+ takes away the contract for the Alnwick store, they are not fit for purpose. In response to your reply the parcel was 56cm x 47cm x 47cm which is below your maximum size. It contained 4 cushions so I’d guess it weighed about 5kg max which is half your weight limit.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
