Review Time
Same problem as everybody else.....again🤬🤬🤬🤬 Lying about delivery, but never been here. Plenty of mails and screenshots of orders, to prove it. But nada desire to fix it🤬 I really hope Amazon starts with sole delivery, they are loosing customers on the little fraud correos!!!
Ordered two things that got shipped by correos a cable and the first time it was dispatched I thought it missed it, then shortly after the monitor arrived so I reordered the cable and the same thing occurred today. So now I have a monitor on my desk collecting dust because a mailing company can't do they're job.
Must be the worst delivery company in the world. Unfortunately Amazon use them and three out of four of my deliveries have got lost. The truth is simply they can’t be arsed and don’t give a dam. Amazon why do you use these idiots
Unfortunately i can't select 0 stars. This company is the worst postal service i have ever seen in my life. Every time i need to pickup my post myself at the post office as they already know within 2 minutes that i am not home after specifying that the post is out for delivery, while it is at least a minimal 10 minute drive (breaking all traffic rules to make this time) to get to my house. Also post can't be delivered because it won't fit in the mailbox, but when picking it up it has been folded, and that size perfectly fits in a mailbox. Extremely bad service by lazy people who won't deserve to get salary paid for doing nothing!
Went to local Correos office in Catral to collect a small packet. Had to wait 1/2 hour whilst someone was doing their banking and the other employee was on the phone the whole time. Finally got to the desk to pay.... "Sorry, we don't take card payments, only cash" THIS THE POST OFFICE! I could not believe it.... Any other "shop" I would applaud.... but for goodness sake.... talk about black market, wonder where a lot of this cash ended up? GRRRRRR
The worst courier company. I sent a shipment from the UK to Spain with it still stuck in the logistics center after two weeks without any real explanation. I am speaking to customer support via email and twitter telling me various reasons. I think they may have lost my shipment and now avoiding to give me exact answers to my questions so they don't have to claim responsibility. Avoid at all costs and pay more for reputable companies like FedEx or UPS.
Sent an insured registered package to Spain with important family items from Portugal and it was lost. They asked for proof of contents in order to compensate me. Should I photograph everything before I send it to Spain because they steal everything? How did I know that? They refused to compensate the insured amount since I could not provide them with photos and proof and they asked where was the Commercial Invoice... Really? Since when sending family documents to a family member requires a commercial invoice and pay taxes on it? This is becoming ridiculous. I thought Spain was a developed country. Boy I was wrong! I sent the remaining family items hoping the rest of our cherished items will not be stolen in Spain and it got stuck in the Spanish "Customs" as "Classified" (whatever that means) even that mail should not go through Customs within inside of the EU countries. Don't send anything to Spain via postal service! From now on we will deliver everything ourselves person to person door to door! This is how backward and primitive postal services have become!
