Utterly woeful from start to finish. A card was sent from Scotland to Spain - on 9th Nov, and still hasnt arrived on 22nd Nov. This was posted at a Post Office using their track and trace system. The Correos tracking tells me absolutely nothing, with no updates showing where it is. Their complaints dept forms is in Spanish for the most part - so no help as I dont speak Spanish. Their automated "advisor" system is in English - but no matter how my query is worded, it simply says " I dont understand the question. Please use different words ".This isnt the first time I've had problems with this company, and it makes no difference if its a letter, card or parcel....their inability to deliver at all, is pathetic. No updates, no avenue to complain or to enquire as to the items where-abouts, and no customer service. If I could give it no stars, I would have. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND POSTED ITEM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
Don't use their money transfer/deposit service. It will not be on your account on the day they promise. Than they start an investigation that will take several weeks. And your money is floating somewhere in the digital market. I had pay something and because of this I had huge problems.
People … I can’t stress this enough . Correos Spain is the worse institution EVER . They all lie and cheat customers. I have sent an envelope from Ceuta, Spain to USA, Not a big package, on November 10th certified with tracking info to monitor its whereabouts. On November 17th, I received an update saying: Leaving the Exchange Office17 of November, 2023 · 14:29The shipment has left the international logistics centre of origin and is en route to its destination. Today is December 29th , which means almost 2 months, my package is still lost …. Even if it was shipped by boat or on foot, my package should have arrived by now. When I went there to get more info, their answer was oh after Covid things got slower and we won’t be able to know where it is until someone scans it.LEARN FROM MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND ABOID THESE LYING CROOKS AT ALL COST . You will regret it …
Minus one this correos.es is a corrupted postal service NEVER again will send a registered parcel from UK Royal Mail to this corruption of a Spanish Mail Service. They should vetted their employees carefully they stolen my registered package. Very important item was sent trusting this corruption of a Mail service!!!!! No reply from them you can’t complain because the Spanish Mail Service ask for NIE or whatever how stupid when you are from another country sending and not a resident or citizen!!!
I have unfortunately had several experience with what I call Europe's WORSE POSTAL service it really is the PITS I bought a product online and paid for it to be sent by courier as I have zero faith in the Spanish Coreos The UK company sent the package by Royal Mail/ Spanish Coreos this was back in July 2023 it was tracked but never arrived after waiting a month I complained to the sender explaining the none delivery plus the fact I had payed for Courier service, they apologised and said they would send a replacement I can't think why but again it was sent by Spanish Coreos and yes six weeks later you have guessed it NO PACKAGE THE TRACKING SYSTEM STATES THE ITEM HAS CLEARED CUSTOMS AND IS ON ITS WAY TO BE DELIVERED 🤔 I CAN REMBER A TIME WHEN A FAMILY MEMBER SENT FROM THE UK A PACKAGE CONTAINING XMAS PRESSIES WHICH ARRIVED IN MARCH OF THE NEXT YEAR BOUND WITH CUSTOMS TAPE THE CONTENTS WERE MISSING AND CHRISTMAS CARDS THAT TURNED UP AT EASTER Too try to complain is also a complete waste of your time MY ADVICE IS DO NOT USE THIS HOPELESS SERVICE
Parcel sent from UK to Spain. Did not arrive and got a letter to pay customs-ok this happens no problem....or so I thought. Tried to do this online, it does not allow you to if you do not have an NIE and they will not aloow you to use any other ID. My wife has an NIE but cannot use it. It said I can sort at post office. Went to post office and they did not know what to do and sent me to tax building. Went to tax building and they said to email adt correos with relevant information. Emailed twice and never heard from them. They seem impossible to contact. I am trying to contact them to pay whatever customs they want and there is no obvious way to do this. No idea where my parcel is now or how I pay to get it delivered.
So terrible and cruel people, that just mocked at me. They asked to upload electronically signed document, which I did for 3 my packages, the same docs were accepted only for one package and rejected for 2 others. They just reject and do not provide any explanation what is wrong. I tried to get explanation in customer support what do they want - nothing as reply - just a request to upload required docs. Correos if you want to service people you need to teach your employees to talk people. So now they just stole my stuff for one month and do not want to give it to me without any explanation.
I am sharing my experience with the service provided by Parcel2Go, specifically concerning two packages dispatched via ParcelForce (UK Royal Mail & Spanish Correos) on October 16, 2023, during my recent relocation from the UK to Spain.Over the past 3 months, the parcels encountered significant delays and challenges, remaining in Madrid (Correos) for an extended period. Despite diligent completion of numerous customs-related forms, including those provided to the driver upon collection, both packages were eventually returned to the original collection address in the UK. This unexpected development has been particularly distressing, given our ongoing house move from Scotland to Spain, and the contents of the parcels consisted exclusively of our used personal belongings.Regrettably, my attempts to seek assistance and resolution from Correos here in Spain have been met with considerable frustration. Even when I initiated a missing claim for the lost parcels after a month, I was informed that I could not claim the £150 compensation per package—supplemental coverage which I had additional purchased—as I was unable to provide receipts for all my used belongings, a practical impossibility given the nature of the contents….. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with both the delivery service and the customer service provided by Parcel2Go, ParcelForce & Correos. While I understand that challenges can arise, the lack of effective communication and support has compounded my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, this negative encounter has led me to reevaluate my association with Correos, marking the loss of a previously loyal customer.I sincerely hope this feedback prompts a thorough review of your processes and procedures to prevent similar issues for future customers.
