Super horrible first impression of this service after I sent my friend in Spain a small gift package on July 7, 2025. The package exited the US smoothly until the 13th when it arrived at customs in Spain, in which it would not move for another 21 days (and counting as of April 5, 2025). I got zero notices or updates as to why it was being held so long, if I needed to fill something out, if they were returning it to me etc. This was concerning as sending the package costed about $70, not including the amount I spent on everything inside. Finally, my friend found that on the Correos website only half of the address was processed and they even managed to spell a word wrong. The proper, full length address was written both on the shipping label and in sharpie on the box. Again, there was no insight on what either of us could do whatsoever so my friend had to take it upon himself to figure things out and change the destination address on the website which then led to a tax fee of 41€ for “services provided by Correos & handling fees.” Right… overall super super unsatisfied with the experience as a whole and now very cautious about sending anything else in the future.
The worst delivery company imaginable. Even giving them one star feels like a compliment: They NEVER deliver to me. Instead, they always mark me as out of home and tell me to pick up the package at the post office. It happened twice more this week alone, and today. Who are you kidding? I'm a remote worker who only leaves the house on nights and weekends, and you're telling me I'm not home during my work hours? Absolutely the worst service. Avoid Correos at any cost.
I have ordered something from wick monsters and they shipped it with Correos. That was a mistake I think. My order was placed on the 14th this month and my pakkage is still in transit (16 days later). That is wat the tracking information tells me on their site. I even tried to get their app but apparently it does not work in the Netherlands. If they still deliver the package I wil make an update on this review. But for now it is 1 star Update: My pakkage was finally delivered today. After 3 weeks of patience. The pakkage was nicely wrapped and no damage.
One star is too many. For 3 years running, letters and packages I have posted from the UK have NEVER been delivered. It should not even be called a ' service ' So I have given up, I will no longer post anything to Spain. Unreliable and an appalling non delivery system that stinks.
The courrier called me to ask the right address, i told him that the address was right, but my house doesn't have door number. He asked me the number of the street near, i was looking for this info, and then he just dropped the line, and i got unsuccessful delivery message. Then i got email where it says that i can arrange a new delivery, but i can't, cause there is no such a button when i following the page. I was trying to call, and it was just a round of auto-responders... I've already paid money for the parcel, and i want to just get it delivered or delivered to the some point. Just do your job well
I had a document sent from Brazil to Madrid, registered and urgent. On June 13th it was marked as "arrived at the logistic center" in the country, and June 14th is the last update on their website. In the meantime, another document sent after the first one, from the same sender, was received without problem. I opened a support ticket on July 3rd, which was replied that the item was "pending entering their installations" whatever that means, since, as mentioned before, on June 13th the document was registered as "arrived" on the country. A few days later I called the customer support, opened another support ticket and was oriented to wait on the reply from their side while they try to locate my item.Today, I recieved the answer for this ticket, basically telling me that they had "no conclusive information" on my request or the localization of my order, and so I should contact the sender to "carry out the necessary procedures (at the origin)". WHAT?!So, my order is registered AS RECEIVED in the country, Correos manage to lose it, never send me an update regarding this issue so I had to reach out to them, just so they can tell me that it's not their problem and I should talk to the sender and resolve it in the country that it was sent from?!As I specified on the very first comm I sent them asking about my delivery, I need this doc, it has a due date to be able to use in Spain, and it was issued and apostilled in Brazil, something that can only be done there, and it's EXPENSIVE to do so and have it sent here to Spain. Just so they can lose it and tell me that it's not their fault? So, all the money I paid for this document and the time I'm losing it's my problem?!NO! If they don't fully assume their fault on this and refund me for the document, layer and the issuing of a new document from Brazil, it will be a legal matter.
An absolute disgrace of a company. They don't even try to deliver their packages. I was home the whole day and was waiting for the delivery. No use of the door bell, no knock, no nothing. I doubt they even came to my door to be honest. The second time, they had to come to my door to leave the note. I found the note 20 mins after the been there. What are these people getting paid for? Pretend job? To write delivery notes and bring the packages to the post offices that is miles away? I was home all day both of these days. I think they tried to deliver the note as quietly as possible to be fair. It's a joke and a disgrace. Terrible that this is the national company and we just have to deal with it.
My order from Amazon Spain was supposed to be delivered by Correos. Supposedly, there was a problem with the address causing the package to be held. I was supposed to edit the address, but this was impossible because the parcel was already in transit. It was impossible to speak to a person with this issue - their telephone number lead to an answering machine that offers no help at all. As a non-native, the customer service is severely lacking in transparency
