Terrible service, lost mail, and no support

I sent a highly important express letter to Dubai with Correos on January 30th. Since then, I have received no updates. The tracking has not been updated since the day of dispatch, and my shipment now appears to be lost.The worst part is that when I visited the post office where I sent the letter, they told me that tracking is not available for shipments to Dubai—something they never mentioned at the time of sending. Yet, I was assured that it would be delivered within five business days.In an attempt to resolve this situation, I have contacted Correos through every possible channel: online claim submission via customer service, Twitter, Messenger, and all the social media platforms where they are supposedly active. No response, no tracking update, no solution offered.What am I supposed to do now? Does Correos take responsibility? My shipment is lost, and their customer service is completely non-existent.If you need to send an important letter internationally, avoid Correos at all costs. Lack of transparency, complete incompetence, and no support when things go wrong.

Very bad service both in terms od the…

Very bad service both in terms od the delivery and the office. We are both working from home and always finding letter to pick up packages in the office that is working short hours, not a chance to get there if you are working office hours yourself. Ladies in the Post office also not trying to make things easy. Avoid Correos as much as possible

Drivers refuse to do their job

Drivers refuse to do their jobIf you can choose your carrier, avoid this carrier like the plague.Also, I recommend to not pick up packages, this way senders will submit complaints with them due to loss of income/having to make additional costs due to Correos' fault, maybe then they will listen and take it seriously.Correos discriminates against disabled people by refusing re-delivering even though it's the drivers who are lazy and don't do their job (happened multiple times). Offered camera footage to show they never attempted delivery, customer service did not respond AT ALL and sent the same response over and over to go pick up.They don't even read complaints. Complete waste of time. Hope they go out of business.

Would give zero but no option item…

Would give zero but no option item posted from Scotland to family in Spain on the 27/08/2024 item arrived in Madrid 2 days later item has just arrived back in Uk at my home as unclaimed 28/10//2024 2 months ! even although it never moved from Madrid sorting office and no card or call was sent to family even the local post office where they live tried to contact them absolute joke of a company I’m not surprised the water and electric companies in Spain have their own postal service

Pointless

I needed to modify my address as the one amazon sent correos was not correct. I went onto the website could not modify.. I called they sent me an sms then I could still not change it. ive emailed they replied with a link to the website that does not work. All i wanted to so was give them more information. so disappointed still not resolved! tried to make a complaint.. the service is unavailable!!!

Correos continous lies

Yet again I have sat on the patio in sight of the entrance gate to my urbanisation waiting for a delivery from Correos, only to find out that it has been marked down as unable to deliver. Absolute lie. After repeated contacts Correos then stated that they could not deliver the parcel as the address was different to the one i supplied them, the only difference was the gate number and street name, I, the person expecting the parcel and the house and urbanisation number stayed the same ?. If they were willing to deliver to the first address with incorrect information, why not to the one i supplied with the correct information. It proves that Correos dont have a clue how to run a postal service and continually lie to customers. I have kept all the emails/messages as proof.never again will i knowingly use Correos for anything related to post.UPDATED REVIEW I received a message from Correos yesterday (before I posted my complaint) telling me I could pick up my parcel at a post office 9km away from my home, and four km further away that the local parcel depot, which I had to pass to go to the post office. Now its clear to me that Correos do not have any idea ow to run a business, think of all the people involved and time wasted sending the parcel elsewhere to be picked up instead of just delivering it to me at the posted address. Why was my address not suitable for delivery as they could not prove ownership of the parcel, but I could go and pick it up myself using the same identification at the post office that I would have used at home. Now soon after picking up the parcel and more importantly posting my complaint Correos want to help, they messaged me asking for the shipping code. Sorry Correos its too little too late, I stand by my first post, you are the worlds worst postal service. Now if you would like me to help you improve your service before you go bankrupt then send me a contract for an eye watering amount similar the directors get paid and I will have a plan in place and the problem sorted soon after. To anyone reading this post it proves that complaints can be heard, you just have to post it at the correct place.

4 MONTHS and still waiting the package from US tracking-number=UM910980647USCan it get any slower? Things in Spain simply dont work because people dont do theyr work - nobody cares abouth anything here.

I got a bit scared

I got a bit scared after reading these, because there wasn't any updates on delivery for 11 days.But then this friday i got a message saying it got delivered to Denmark after 12 days.Then it got delivered to me in Denmark after 2 weeks this monday.Overall i think the updating on delivery status could be more frequent, as soon as it's sent off there is no updates until it arrives at your home country.Overall pretty good experience, could be better.

Zero star !!

Zero star !!Correos Express,it should take two days from Madrid to my place, the package was stored 5 days in Alicante before been delivered.I will never every use Correos again, they hate their customers and do everything possible to not fulfill their only duty, to delivery what the customers have paid them to do !!!!!

Correos are a delivery company only in thr same way as throeing packages into the sea would make you a delivery company.They claim to have delivered my package, but it's not here. I don't know where their shower of incompetents have sent my parcel, but they definitely didn't get it to me!Total, unmitigated failure. Do not use.
