I'm home all day, every week, yet they claim 'You were not there.' Even with my door open, and me not going anywhere, they mark me as absent. I only heard the sound of the courier's car before they drove off. This has happened to me more than three times already, and they never call to confirm if I'm home. Of course, I work from home with my partner, and our family is home 24/7. They are the worst courier in Spain.
The parcel was sent to me by my parents but wasn’t delivered because of some problems on the custom control. There was no notification that my actions needed. When I understood that I need to fill some documents and tried to sign up to the website, I had some technical issues and couldn’t do it, that’s why my parcel was returned. Actually I’d be glad if it was returned because it was lost on the way back. I tried to inform someone regarding it using website but was redirected to non-working page
Not as bad as some people make it seem, but about 80 EUR for a parcel inside the EU is a rip off when the same costs about 50 EUR with the competition and includes pickup from home / door to door. Their online calculator did not work, otherwise I would have never sent with Correos.
Three letters never arrived and just went missing. One contained a credit card, I had to request a new one. One other letter was dropped in the wrong post box. Very unreliable delivery. Makes one wonder how many other letters that I didn't expect also went missing.
Stolen and lost parcels is a common theme. But what is far worse is Correos customer service who are unhelpful and stupid.Insured a parcel of jewellery for €1000 and paid Correos €60 for the privilege. When it was ‘lost’ they refused to pay out more that €26. They wanted jewellery receipts!!! I managed to find most of them BUT STILL WONT PAY. Lots of stalling techniques. This is illegal and fraud. Bad enough their transit employees are stealing without customer service stealing too. Pretending not to understand concept of Insurance!! Terrible fraudulent company. Shame on you.
I made a purchase from Spain on 22nd February 2025, a full size bicycle. Immediately I received confirmation of dispatch. At 08.30 on 26th February I received notification of delivery complete to my address in Scotland. Needless to say no bike. They do not have GPS tracking or photo of doorstep delivery. I have asked for this proof of delivery as police require this before they can check our apartment block CTTV, now they won't communicate with me as my details, they sent me, don't match what they have on file.3.5 days to deliver a bike from Spain, either they are exceptionally fast using their own logistics or?.The above is a truthful statement of fact. AliExpress have made a refund.
