Order has been "on hold" for 3 weeks - I have had no updates, no communication, no response at all. Their website is no help, and crashes when I try to contact them or make a complaint. No help whatsoever. Don't use Correos. Don't buy from anyone who uses them, you will never see your goods.
Absolutely UNETHICAL and UNLAWFUL crooks! They are refusing shipments without reason and asking to pay VAT when it has already been paid and we sent them the IOSS number. WORST service that should never exist. Stay away from this unethical business.
ridiculous service!!!!! didnt got my package as every delivery attempt was facked by the delivery guy, im always home and he never ringed the bell, or contacted via phone. Funny enough i was waiting and looking on the street when got notification that i wasnt in !! so he didnt even passed my homeless then zeroonline support didnt helped really, just said that will update contact details but still was not contacted
Today it's Friday. Last Thursday, the postman was at my door, but I wasn't home. He promised he'd be back the next day, Friday.It's one week ago today, and just today, he calls, that he's back. - Again, I was not home, I can't sit home and wait for days. It said in my app, that the package was at the post office, so I went all the way there, but it was still in his car. Unbelievable. Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria.
Getting through to an actual human being at Correos is like trying to break an ancient secret code. My package is still stuck in the second phase, so I wanted to call Correos for an update. First it wouldnt recognize my tracking nr, had to do it about 10 times. Then it was finally good and I heard the elevator waiting music, only to be put back to the machine who asks me for my tracking nr. This happened 5 times until I got tired of it and just hung up the phone in defeat. Really really reaaaaally bad service.Also very non-friendly for non-Spanish speakers, fortunately I understood everything but impossible for those who dont speak English to get past the yapping robot.
NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.I am so so mad. I ordered a package from Spain. They've send it with Correos shipping company. Well, firstly it took a month for them to ship the package to my country (the Netherlands), and by tracking code I was checking track&trace every day. At 29 July they told me the package has been handed over by the recipient chosen location. Well, I never chose any location. So I did not know where my package was. I was sending Correos e-mails, messages by Instagram, and one week later, they respond to me that my package has been handed over by Post NL. But they never told me, until it was too late. At the time they responded to me, the package has been send back to the company in Spain. I am SO unsatisfied with this shipping service, never experienced such bad service, don't ever use this shipping company as service.
The worst post office company I ever had to deal with. They have my package at their office since 26th of July. First attempt of delivery was in the 1st of August. We were home all day and on the tracking it said that they were trying to deliver but no one was home, which is not true they just simply never came. We went to their office after their first attempt to ask if we can just pick it up but they said no and that they gonna deliver it soon. Second attempt was on the 6th of August and package once again wasn't delivered. What a joke of a company.
The postman rig the bell, took 3-4 minutes to attend. He did head back to the van by the time I reached. He said collect from the post office tomorrow and left.2nd item didn’t deliver saying no one home. Next day arrived. Had to show my passport and all kind of signing to get a cheap Amazon parcel.3rd time left a card saying item is too big for post box. Pickup from post office.
Not star for this correos Spain have said and repeat the worse postal service in the world How is possible that a recorded delivery it take more than 2 weeks to reach the destination And still not arrived send from Edinburgh On the 9/7/24 reached Spain on the 12/7/24 at 5.30 am and 2 weeks later still not arrive on destination this service is a load of crapshoot And Reed all the review I’m not the only one Wish I had reed before hand my advice try to avoid this service is not good zero star for me
