SCAM AND FRAUD Poorest servicesI wish I had read these reviews earlier. My parents sent me a parcel on December 2nd and I still haven't received it. We also paid the customs fee. It reached the customs office on the 9th and I still haven't received it. The customs officials took my money but I still haven't received my parcel. No updates are coming. Nothing is coming. They are deliberately harassing me.This parcel contains my old winter clothes because I came to Spain in the month of June,2025. Because of winter my parents sent those clothes for me but now Christmas and January 1st both had passed. I don’t know what these stupid officials are doing in the offices . They are just sitting at offices and looting people. My parcel came to correos aduanas Madrid on 6th December. Now its 3rd of 2026 , still I don’t get it.Ojalá hubiera leído estas reseñas antes. Mis padres me enviaron un paquete el 2 de diciembre y todavía no lo he recibido. También pagamos la tarifa de aduanas. Llegó a la aduana el 9 y todavía no lo he recibido. Los funcionarios de aduanas se llevaron mi dinero, pero todavía no he recibido el paquete. No hay novedades. No hay nada. Me están acosando deliberadamente.

Terrible 😡😡😡

Everything went wrong , I order a lot from Amazon in Spain , some things arrived , usually late though , last few days leading up to Xmas I've stayed in everyday waiting for 6 packages, and none have so far arrived, says out for delivery , then today now says no delivery date available????. How can that be ? Yesterday said out for delivery.... Just terrible, Amazon now says if not delivered soon come back for a refund... I'm waiting for urgent things that I need for fitting to a bathroom, that's why I ordered it.... Come on guys get your company sorted , it's just terrible. Very disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡.

Late delivery of packets in general. Pay a fortune for certified delivery of important papers and they renounce all responsibility when they turn up late always blaming the recipient or recipient's country . Never the fault of Correos! Just a load of BS!

This service is diabolical

This service is diabolical. Never send anything via the post office to Spain. The Correos at Madrid will try everything within their power to stop you receiving your parcel. It feels like they do ot on purpose. You would be quicker flyong back to England and picking up what ever you need. What an absolutely terrible service a complete joke. DO NOT USE THE CORREOS.

SCAM, they take so much money!! I ordered something for 54€ from MyHeritage. I did so before and ordered it to my house in Germany which was perfectly fine - no delays, no extra payments. Therefore I thought it would be the same here, but NO.First, they inspected the package I ordered for at least 2 weeks at their post station, then they sent me a bill of 70€. Included in that was ~15€ VAT (import fee since apparently it came from outside Europe), which is completely fine. However, the rest 55€ were their stupid HANDLING FEES?????? Are you kidding me???

Worst delivery company ever.

Very slow delivery. Courrier can't even let me prepare and leaving without at least calling me. Upd: I just got "failed dleivery" because "I wasn't at home" (I was). I got no call, courier didn't even bother to use the doorbell.

I would give this company 0 stars if I can. I purchased items online and chose a Correos Citypaq locker for me to claim my package. I live in Barcelona and Shein’s site says the locker in Elisa Moragas is the locker closest to me (it’s not apparently, but I can’t just recognise places just from the map image since I just moved here 2 months ago from Australia.) (29/11/2025) Their locker was broken and I can’t open it with the code they provided me. (02/12/2025) I went to a Correos office near my house in Sant Gervasi - to have it sorted, and because I don’t speak Spanish well enough in the conversational level, she just threw a code at me and gave me instructions in Spanish. I asked if I can just go back to the locker which is 3 trains away (30 mins travel) and she just said “si” dismissively. I already filed an incident report the first try (29/11) but ofc I just received an automated response, and calling their customer support is getting me nowhere because it’s ONLY IN SPANISH. So I went to uni to get the student help desk to call them for me and that’s the time I got informed that the locker was broken so any code they give me wouldn’t work. It was only also after this call that their customer support responded to me that they have filed my case. I waited a week and then filed a case to OMIC and emailed the customer support on (08/12/2025) and I tried calling their hotline since I memorised the numbers I need to press but when it got to the agent they just hung up on me when I say “hello.” All I got is an email update that they have dispatched a team to get it fixed already on (09/12/2025). I went to another Correos office near my university in Les Tres Tores, since I’m picking up another package there, I asked for help and the lady said that they would call citypaq to have the package transferred to their office which appeased me to an extent but the next day I realised that I didn’t get any message or physical footprint of that transaction in the office at all so I doubted if they really called so I went back there with my situation written on my notes and translated in Spanish so I can get an update and know where I’m at with them, the other lady then said that I have to email Correos (as if I’m not already doing that??) I spotted the lady I talked to the day before in another station so I went over there (like yes, I ignored the fact that my ticket wasn’t assigned to her station, but I already waited 30 minutes for some other attendant to just hand me an email card and talk to me in Spanish when I clearly can’t. I couldn’t use translation tech either coz there’s no data in their office - how convenient.) and then the lady looked at me like she’s never seen me in her life and I asked her again since she’s the only one who kinda speaks English, and she just said, “yeah email them, we’ll try to call.” (They won’t, they just wanna get rid of me there.) I get home, I called their hotline again and this time I got forwarded to an English speaking agent who just said that they don’t know when they can get the broken locker sorted. Like?? It’s don’t understand why I have to beg for a service that’s already paid for. I don’t understand why it takes their team so long to fix a locker. I don’t understand why they’re so hostile when I’m just trying to get my package and asking for help because it’s their job. Literally a scam. I don’t know wtf will happen. It’s 10/12/2025 now and I still don’t have my package or any idea when I can get it. Like I don’t live sitting down at home just waiting for them to like give me an update at their convenience. I have a life outside of this but they just don’t care about my time. They don’t have integrity and their service is terrible.
