Review Time
A package from South Korea with the tracking number RS0013*****KR was failed to be delivered and they said it would return to the sender in South Korea. However there is no any movement since 3 October 2023 (1.5 months!!!!). Even though i have asked their customer service hunders times about my package, nobody provides me an accurate answer. I also visited 3 Correos branches in Madrid. They don't know where it is excatly or what will happen to my package as they can't track a registered mail!!! I also took a legal action through OMIC.I want to know where my package is now and how to pick it up!!!!
