If it would be possible I wouldn't give them even one star. Our story: Christmas parcel to our family in Spain on the 29th of November. In particular, to my mum (83 years old). After one week lying on Customs depot. The parcel value was £17.25 including a pyjama set, biscuits, candy, a Christmas card, all inside a Christmas bag. It was stopped at the Customs on the 5th of December. A burofax (an official fax) was sent to my mum requesting in detail of all items in the parcel, threatening to destroy the parcel if the paperwork were not delivered in 5 working days.***who have a right to destroy private property ???*** Once all the requests were met, they charge the cost of the burofax (20 euros), the manipulation and inspection (22 euros) carried out by customs, VAT, in addition to the tax (6.15 euros), so my mum ended up paying about 60 euro for our £17.25 worth Christmas parcel. Shame of company. Hope Correos will need pay all the taxes and manipulation, and inspection cost for all of there Christmas' presents - good luck as Santa can destroy your presents if you do not hand in a paperwork in 5 working days ( even if you include it in 5 copies in the parcel).Shame, shame , shame !!!!!!!!ADVICE - never use this Service !!!!!

This is quite possibly the worse…

This is quite possibly the worse company you can deal with. They have NO customer service. They do not reply to emails. They do not help what so ever.For 5 days my important packet has remained in their depot.Frankly they are a disgrace

Stay clear of Correos

Correos is probably the worst customs and delivery option on the planet. I’ve lost two packages with a combined value of 400€ because of them.Not only that, one shipment I wanted to receive they claimed to have "attempted delivery" 3 times, before sending the package back to the country of origin.I ended up paying the shipping cost twice, and they refused to cover it. The funny thing is, that I have receptionists who are present 24/7.All lies and fraudulent behavior from this company, cannot recommend them for anything.

Worst postal service in the world

This must be the worst postal service in the world and Spain must have the worst postal addressing system in the the world, put the two together and we get Correos.es I have a home in Spain with a full postal address but my post very rarely actually reaches my post box.I have received mail addressed to other people who live on the same street as me and also post addressed to people at addresses i have never heard of which i just put it back in the mailbox and hope that the person receives it.If i could give them a minus score i would as they are an embarrassment to my beloved Spain.

I had absolutely no problems receiving…

I had absolutely no problems receiving my parcel from Spain to the uk, ordered on a Thursday and have received my parcel today(Wednesday)in less than a week! Amazing service! Also tracking was great as it kept me up to date :)

Do not use Correos for shopping from…

Do not use Correos for shopping from the UK to Spain. You pay half as much again for the product in taxes while your parcel is just sitting on some fence for three weeks and you're not even sure what they're doing with it. I still haven't got mine. Atrocious.
