Correos lost my package after holding it for over a month, pretending to attempt deliveries on multiple occasions with no success. The package now shows as delivered on their website even though it never arrived. This is not the first time they fail to deliver orders and likely won’t be the last.
Correos seem to either hold on to your letters before they deliver or lose them altogether. Two letters were posted from the UK mid November 2024 were not received until the end of January. I have never received a letter that was posted in UK in December 2024. Today I received 3 letters posted 1st and 8th of April. All were important letters that needed attention.
Most probably the worst shipping company in the world. They don't have any telephone numbers for contact. If you want something to be delivered to your home you have to go first to the post office to ask for a home delivery. After that you have to sit at home for a few days. If they don't deliver then you have to go to the post office and order a delivery again
I would give zero if I could. I ordered a parcel and when it arrived the post lady would not give it to me without a NIE number. No carriers are asking for this anymore, including Amazon, who I bought the product from. I did not know it because it was on my phone which was water damaged the day before. I had a Correos delivery the day before and the different lady gave me the package. Ridiculous service which will add to the decline of this antequated business.
They are the worst courier company in the world, they steal everything!!! and unfortunately amazon uses them so your never sure what courier company your going to get, but you know as soon as you see they are delivering, that you are not going to get your item.
Shameful service a disgrace horrific liers. They continually claim that an address does not exist time and again not having attempt to deliver to force you to alter your delivery to their convenience. They are fraudulent. Avoid them lake you would the plague.
