Appalling service. I bought 3 shirt dresses in different colours. Took weeks to arrive. Poor quality and then could not return them. I had not even unpacked them. Sent email as advised and company did not reply. It appeared that the item was in sale (which they were not), so could only have a credit note. The items were NOT in the sale at the time of purchase. Frustrating as I have now sent 10 emails with no reply. No phone number.
If don’t rate this company at all but unfortunately I had to write this . I would 100% advise NOT buy from this company they rip you off as they will not give refunds even though the goods have been returned and received. Poor quality, sorry I found their website.
The dress they sent was a piece of rag never seen anything so bad. The material was see through and it had no tags no size. I wished I could upload a photo for you to see. I asked for a refund but they say it was sale goods. I paid £40. I advised them that they breaking the law as goods not fit for purpose. They said I can order omore goods for same value. Couldn’t see the point and declined this as stated goods not fit for purpose. Asked to escalate the complaint and they stopped replying to me. Do not use this company it’s a scam site.
I now realise that other people have suffered the same fate as myself . I saw some trainers which looked attractive and were shown as good for your walking . I waited several weeks and the most awful tacky cheap looking trainers arrived . On top of this the sizing was totally wrong . Too small to wear anyway . Of course no refund as a Sale Item . I emailed as soon as I received them as was so shocked by them .I wrote many emails and their AI style of reply was so infuriating . In the end thetviffered me a voucher for same value for something new . I succumbed and ordered a dress which I am sure will be rubbish . Was so very please to see them named and shamed by Watchdog on the BBC1 show today . I will not even give them to a charity shop as that would be embarrassing . A greedy and deceitful company and I wish them nothing good .
I am mortified that I have no choice but to put one star. I am appalled at this company. I ordered some orthopedic trainers, I am a pensioner & having trouble with my feet. They took almost 3 weeks to arrive & were in a rubbish plastic bag, they smelt of plastic & were too small. Upon returning them at a cost of £19.30 I have still not received a refund. They have asked me 3 times now for the tracking number despite me saying I didn't have them tracked as it was over £24.00. It has now been 24 days since I sent them back. I have sent proof of postage. I have realised I am not going to get my refund & the £19.30 to return them was a waste of money so I am out of pocket all round. I know what will happen when they read this review, I'll get an email from one of them saying "thank you for reaching out" etc bloody etc.. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY EVER!!
Ordered 2 dresses the same different sizes,intending to send one not fitting back.Resceived after over 2 weeks,really such rubbish,(like dish rags).Got in touch with'customer service via e-mail,offered vouchers,several times,said I please want my money back.Sent me a lengthy form via e-mail to fill.Informed had to send back to Hong Kong.I did I spent further £23.50,postage,followed Andi,(customer service (supposed),instructions sent in the tracking number and receipt from post office.Communicated soon as they get confirmation I will get my refund.I track the parcel,no information after it reached Hong Kong and withe chinese courier.It is now 3rd July 2025,heard nothing and never will!I have been blocked from e-mails communicating with Andi,(customer service),Never going to get my money.
As others have said. Told couldn’t get refund even though the garment , an XL, measured smaller than the small size. They agreed to replacement after I sent photos of the garment with a measuring tape to show how small it was. Months have passed (order first placed April now it’s July) and still no replacement. I have emailed them but you just get fobbed off. Do not order from this company.
I only wish I researched this company before. I wish I didn’t even have to give them one star! It’s the first time I ever bought clothing online and what an absolute scam. Firstly, they pretend to be “local” / London-based but items are coming from China. Nothing wrong with that per se, expect what you get unfortunately reinforces all the negative stereotypes about cheap, shoddy “made in China” goods. The clothing I received? It is difficult to describe how horrible and unwearable the dresses are!! I had ordered these items for a wedding and got stuck shopping the day before the event. To get a refund? Forget it! It appears this is a central hub for orders placed with the lowest skilled seamstresses or factories who then run up the items quickly with the cheapest fabrics that look and feel NOTHING like the quality presented in their catalogue. My guess is they are creating low paid jobs and ship goods knowing even if they’re returned they’re still going to make enough on the exchange, and even if you never order again they know the world is big enough for millions of people to get scammed once- they can just keep on going. It’s ridiculous this kind of scam Service is allowed to exist! To the people of quality in China: Couture Moda should be made to apologize to your nation. The only hope we have as consumers is to warn each other. I’ve warned off all my friends and family as their fake “brand” pops up everywhere when you search - so they obviously spend enough money on Google ads etc to make that happen which reveals how profitable overall their scam is; NOT how good their products are. Those business bros will call it a good business model BUT consumers beware! Their pictures LIE! Remember, it’s easy to make things look one way on the web. RUN FAR from this scam.
You are not buying from a uk company as the website leads you too believe, they steel photos from other online retailers and then send out cheap rubbish that is nothing like the colour or description of the purchase, there game is to force you to keep for a discount, return for full store credit to force you to order more crap or swap for a duplicate crappy item, avoid funding this company.
