The quality of their product is very poor, no label, no tags, sizes are also poor and the return policy is poor. They advise you to gift your items and have 50% credit note. No body wants to go back to buy from them but with the no cash refund policy on sale items which you do you see. You might be forced to just pick rubbish. Complete waste of money
Item received was far too small (despite my measurements being well within their size guide) so I requested a refund as per their policy. Their reply to me stated that this was not possible due to the item being a "sale item" which is was NOT at the time of purchase!They were consequently offering no refund but instead 75% off the price of something else!I replied to inform them of it not being a sale item at the time of purchase and have not been able to get hold of them since. No replies to emails for a week now and their telephone numbers are conveniently out of use. I am now left with a £48 item that does not fit (due to their inaccurate sizing advertised) and nowhere to turn. This is terrible way to treat customers and they should be prosecuted for it.
These people are deceptive and send you cheap goods that look nothing like the photos - despite them advertising and showing pictorally completely different goods for sale that they trick you into buying. They then do not refund. They ended up giving me a partial refund only after I said I would sue them, report them to the regulator and also because I informed them they were in breech of the consumer rights act - which in my case they were and still are,. The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA): The current law, replacing the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (CPRs) from April 2025. I lost about £30 and the items they sent went in the bin as they were not even fit for a charity shop. I found my this company to be really stressful to deal with and the whole experience upsetting to lose over £60 until they relented and gave me a £30 refund because I threatened legal action. I still lost £30 - they were very happy to take from me a Mother of a 4 year old child. the one thing I do know though is eventually, is that they will 100% get all their awful karma returned back to them. I feel the level of dishonesty and misery they have put out to all the people sending reviews here, will eventually fall back onto the company owners. I sincerely hope they reap the rotton seeds they have sown
One star is too kind. Ordered an outfit from this company in April for a wedding. At the time the company was registered with a UK address on their website. I received the outfit in terrible quality, it didn't look like the pictures, cheap baggy, unfitted material - like rags. I started the refund process only to discover the company is based in China. I paid £23.50, almost half the cost of my item, to return it back to China, following their returns process completely. My parcel got stuck in customs for months, and after complaining, the company did give me a 50% refund in August. I continued to wait patiently for my returns to be received and processed only for it to turn up back on my doorstep after spending 4 months in customs in China. Couture-Moda won't issue me the rest of my refund because they have not received the goods to their warehouse and I refuse to spend another 23.50 to try to return it again. I am now out of pocket for more than what the sorry excuse of an outfit was worth and ashamed of myself for trusting to give this company a go in the first place.
Avoid – Poor Quality & Zero Customer ServiceI spent over £300 with Couture Moda and deeply regret it. Delivery took far too long, and when the items finally arrived, they were so badly creased they looked unwearable. Even if they had fit (which they didn’t), I would have had to pay for professional steaming.The sizing was way off — I ordered multiple sizes expecting to return the ones that didn’t fit, but both were far smaller than standard sizing. At no point during checkout was it made clear that refunds aren’t accepted. If I’d known that, I never would have ordered.Customer service has been useless — generic replies at first, and now I’m being ignored entirely. This company clearly doesn’t care once they have your money.Think twice before ordering — this has been an expensive and frustrating lesson for me. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering…Couture Moda………As per your request, I contacted you via email to work toward a resolution. However, I have not received any response from you. It now appears that you have no genuine intention of issuing a refund or resolving the matter.Your only communication has been through Trustpilot, which gives the impression in reality your reply seems to be more about maintaining appearances rather than making any real action.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Under any circumstances. Sizes are rubbish and as everything is reduced they won’t give you a refund. Their XL was a size 10! They purport to be based in the UK but are Chinese. Stick with Amazon who offer excellent service and returns.
Do NOT buy from this company. Watch dog have investigated them and did a programme on them in May 2025! Please do not buy from here. How can we stop them from trading and advertising in the UK ? Because people tend to only look at these reviews after a bad experience!
