I am very happy with my 1989 Lincoln Town Car floor mats. The fit and color are exactly right. The delivery date was three days after expected arrival. Overall, this exceeded my expectations based on other reviews.

They take your money but don't send the product.

Ill-fitting and of very poor quality

Ill-fitting and of very poor quality. The seat back for the rear seats would not fully velcro, and the premade holes for the buttons would not line up. The front seatback renders the side airbag non-functional, and none of the holes line up. Also, pay close attention to the fine print, as neither the front nor the back cover is returnable.

Custom Floor Mats were exactly what I needed.

I was not sure if Covercraft mats would work well for my car but gave them a try anyway. The mats were custom fit to my 2003 Lincoln Town Car, complete with the anti-slip hole in the driver's mat. The color was just what I needed and the mats look great. They are much higher quality than generic store products. Thank you!

They screwed up my order and won’t take it back

I ordered genuine leather, perforated covers for my heated and cooled seats, and what I got was solid covers. My configuration was 2 bucket seats and a console and what I got was for three seats in the front. I tried to return them and they said it was non-returnable, even though they screwed up the order. Stay away from this company unless you want to donate almost $500 for the wrong order.

Bad Company Stat away

Not a good product. Material will just fade, flake and disintegrate in the sun. Not good material, in fact the worst possible kind for sun resistance,lol. Buy another kind or just go have the sew shop local, make one. Shipping is a rip off too. Dont pay extra took almost 2 weeks!!! Stay away!

They are the biggest rip off. Customer service yeah right they don’t know how to handle customers their product sucks. I do not recommend any portion any product at the have. Because they won’t honor the product, they back their product. No wonder they only have a 2.1 rating ever since they were bought out or changed hands or whatever you wanna call it there’s customer service has gone downhill

Buyer beware customer service is…

Buyer beware customer service is terrible !!! I order a bra for my 2025 Honda accord , I got it and didn't fit the car .They sent one 2023-2024 . Gina said no return no refund / The web page was down had to go the old fashioned way and make a telephone call spoke to Joseph. I recommend no one purchasing anything !!!!!
