The quality was not to the specifications for what I ordered. I requested hail protection cover and paid over $700 for the cover. It is a rain cover and provides no hail protection. Buyer beware, they stated my cover had to be custom made, so no refunds. What scammers as they are in OK, so they know what hail protection should be. Wish them an EF5.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, installing underneath seat, while tightening , not using brut force. the seam where the strap is attached to the cover, ripped !For the price we paid this is unacceptable. Hw are you going to make it right?

After 11 days HOLDING my order…

After 11 days HOLDING my order (04/11/25-04/22/25), It FINALLY shipped. They created a FedEx label on 04/17/25 BUT waited till 04/22/25 to ship. I complained BUT they said their BIN wasn't full yet to ship. What that means is they ARE CHEAP. Instead shipping when ordered, they wait to fill THEIR BIN then ship ALL ITEMS at a REDUCED rate. That in itself upsets customers. That is why they get 2 stars.

My dashboard cover is low quality

My dashboard cover is low quality. Any of the cutouts for the dash are not reinforced around the edges and likely to unravel. The carpet is thin and when you hold it up to the light it is translucent. It probably won't stop UV from fading the actual dashboard.

Covercraft Seat Covers not recommended

March 31, 2025, I purchased seat covers for my Honda Element. The website advertised the covers as custom made for the vehicle. I paid $180.14. Upon payment, I received a text message confirming and asking me if there was anything else they could do for me. I took the opportunity to reply to the text regarding the fitment of the covers to my seats. Since all Honda Elements have integrated armrests in their seats, I asked them to confirm that the seat covers allowed for the armrests. There were several text message exchanged, and the service rep (Sarah) assured me that the seat covers were designed for my vehicle and that they were going into production asap. I explained that if the covers do not allow for the armrests, then I had no need for them and would need to cancel the order. She assured me the seat covers were designed for my vehicle, and that she would check with their team to confirm and reach back out to me. They never got back with me and the covers arrived 2-weeks later. Upon receipt, I slid them over my seat back and of course they would not fit because of the integrated armrest. I immediately contacted Covercraft and asked for a return label due to the non fitment related to the armrest that I brought to their attention on the date of purchase. Their customer support (Rhey) contacted me back, making it sound like it was my fault that they didn't fit. They supplied me with an RMA# and told me to make sure it was visible on the package upon return. I replied requesting a return label from them, because I was not paying for the return shipping cost due to their mistake misleading the customer, and that I had already contacted them on date of purchase about the pending armrest issue. This could've been avoided if they had just been honest and told me upfront that they wouldn't fit. They knew or should have known they wouldn't fit due to the integrated armrest. They are not designed for a Honda Element as advertised! BTW, the quality of the seat covers were subpar. I could have bought better seat covers from Walmart at 1/3 of the price paid for these, but of course I would have had the same armrest issue.

I have purchased a total of 4 covers from Cover raft in the past 3 years:- Gust Guard & Custom Weathershield HP (2017 Honda Civic)- Custom COVERCRAFT 5-Layer Softback All Climate Car Cover (2016 Mercedes SLK)- Gust Guard & Custom Weathershield HP (2024 Audi S5)- Gust Guard & Custom Weathershield HP (2022 Tundra)In 2024 my Tundra Cover has a tiny tear, I reached to COVERCRAFT and they sent me a brand new one since it had a 5 year warranty.Last week my Tundra cover tore again, much worse than before. I reached out to COVERCRAFT with pictures of the torn cover and the bar code.Today I was just told by an email and phone call that I have to box up & mail at my own expense the entire cover and that it will take at least 2 weeks plus to get a new one.WTF! I am supposed to leave the Tundra outside and exposed for 2-3 weeks while I wait for a new one!This is total BS!I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM COVERCRAFT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EITHER.

Returned item for poor workmanship received partial refund

Bought their dash cover from Car Cover USA. Received promptly. It had badly done sewed edges. Did not fit properly and bubbled up. Followed instructions for return w/photos to Car Cover. Called Covercraft to see if photos should also go to them. Was told no, just Car Cover. Returned dash cover to Car Cover as instructed promptly. Return was minus approx. 30.00. Car Covers excuse was MAKER of dash cover, Covercraft, kept the money. When contacted Covercraft said Car Cover USA kept the money. Plus they said their return policy only applies to items they themselves sell to buyers. Do not know who kept the money but it sure felt like an interesting Co-Op way to scam a buyer.

Received an poor shipping and customer serive detailse-mail that my order was…

Received an e-mail that my order was shipping on 3/14/2025 with a FedEx tracking number. 3/17/2025 there was NO change in the tracking or movement of my order. I contacted Covercraft, I was told my order was still in production and had not shipped. very poor customer service. why tell the customer their order is shipping when it has not been produced yet?Not sure what happened to "DASHMAT" from years ago.

The dash cover I ordered did not fit correctly, it was made just a little to big. But apparently that's my fault, so I had to pay for shipping in order to return there wrongly made item and get my money back. lol (Go figure)
