EXCELLENT PRODUCT & SERVICE

i have purchased probably 7 covercraft sunshades for various automobiles over the years, and have always found their service and product to be absolutely EXCELLENT. the materials are very high quality and the fit is perfect. i have used some of the sunshades for many years and they still look and perform like new.

I ordered a carhart seat cover.i received garbage it was nothing like the advertisement. I thought if I purchased from a reputable company I would get a quality product. Then they charged a 20% restocking fee which was more than the product was worth. I was expecting a durable material like shown in their advertisement. They have great advertisements

Don't buy from this company

I've ordered from Covercraft before but thus time after back and forth with the customer service supervisor discovered I had ordered the wrong Dash mat she was extremely rude in one email and told me "do what you want" and that was a supervisor. I admitted I had ordered the wrong mat but they don't work with returning customers and so I have to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee so for the sake of $15 restocking they have lost a good customer.I will never buy from thus curupt company ever again.

Ordered seat covers for my dad’s truck…

Ordered seat covers for my dad’s truck for Christmas. We didn’t get him the correct size -which is an honest mistake- but now my dad has to not only pay for item to ship back ( ok I kind of understand) but he has to also pay the company a 20% restock fee ($54) for them to put inventory back on their selves to then resale. Not great customer service in my opinion. You want to keep customers, you say the customer is always right, even when they were wrong and you bend over backwards to keep that customer coming back. I won’t purchase here again.

the installation instructions are not good and they are not a direct fit. They say there is installation video, but their website does not have them available. I will be returning for a refund.

Do not I repeat do not buy covers from this company. I finally got my refund minus my expense for shipping them back after 2.5 months of waiting and filing complaint on my credit card. Crap is made in Mexico and the company also sells your email address and you will start receiving 1,000 of unsolicited emails. Stay away from them.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Company to my money the day I placed the order with a shipping date 2 weeks later. It’s been 6 weeks and 4 calls and it isn’t shipped and I am out the money. They should not charge until shipped! I’m sure they lied again when they said it was “ready to ship” I’ve heard that once already before - last month! Order cancelled. Would not recommend!!

Bought the custom fit window shade.

Bought the custom fit window shade.. cost 150$ and only covers a little more than half the window.. cover craft acted like oh well and said it take a month to get a new one ..

Cover is disintegrating

Cover is disintegrating and Covercraft doesn't want to honor their warranty. I will not pay out of my pocket to ship it back.

Don't ever do business with Covercraft

The sunshade cover did not fit. What they do is make products for cars in that general "range" of makes and models. The one we purchased was designed for a MUCH smaller vehicle and it ended up not covering several inches of space in the window, letting light and heat just pour into the vehicle. It was the same as ordering a shirt three sizes too small, but they don't bother telling you this until after you get thep roduct.I called to see if I could get a refund but had to BEG to get them to waive the restocking fee. Then, they made me cover the cost of shipping the return of $40 for a $90 product. When you call, they also say they have to review all of the product returns, which of course gives them a chance to try to avoid refunding you. They are also "experiencing delays" in their return inspections as well.In essence, I paid for nothing, but was sent a product that promised to fit my vehicle, but it could never actually do so. The company will tell you that they "leave space open so it can fit in the vehicle," when any moron can tell you that the product is not fit for its ordinary purpose and can't do what it claims. They don't send "custom" products to you. They send products with the hope (I suppose) that it will fit your vehicle despite the fact that some vehicles come in different models and have different sizes. I even sent photographs to the customer service rep to advise them that I got a useless product and that paying for shipping would be unfair, but they stood by their position that it was not "defective." The "defective" standard they are using is just a naked attempt to avoid responsibility for their deceptive practices.What an absolute nightmare it is dealing with this company. They need to get out of this business immediately or else their business practices will end up with them being sued, or worse.As an earlier customer said, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
