Order had no way of securing the bottom portion of the seat cover (I.e. no straps, Velcro, pillow). Customer service said they would send replacement & ensured it would go through “quality control” to make sure it was correct.Received second set with again, no way of securing the bottom portions again.
I have purchased windshield sunshades from this company for years because they *used* to be known for their high-quality products. In the past, their shades were made from thick, durable material with a felt backing and tightly stitched seams. They felt substantial, looked professional, and justified the price.Unfortunately, the one I just received is a huge disappointment. The stitching is sloppy and widely spaced, the material is so thin it feels like flimsy cardboard, and it has none of the craftsmanship that made me a loyal customer in the first place. It’s hard to believe this is coming from the same company I once trusted.To make matters worse, their return policy is extremely unfriendly. Not only do I have to pay for return shipping out of pocket, but they also charge a **25% restocking fee**—essentially penalizing the customer for discovering how far their quality has fallen.It feels like they are cutting corners, charging premium prices for subpar products, and then making it harder for customers to get their money back once they realize they’ve been shortchanged. After years of repeat business, this experience has left me feeling cheated and frustrated. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this company.
I just spend 680.00 on seat covers for my ford ranger and they don’t come close to fitting. I called the phone rep was very rude. Zero help.they said there is no returns of custom seat covers,So now I’m out 680 bucks. Don’t ever do buisness with this company
GODAWFUL customer service.I bought these for my new vehicle. I also bought 2 other sunshades, so I spent a fortune with this company.It’s quite obvious they did not update the design with the new 2025 expedition having the screens upfront and close to the windshield.It is exceptionally difficult to install in the expedition- taking over 5-10 minutes as I have to force it, and it does not fit. My rearview mirror ends up getting moved, it is tremendous work.I instantly reached out to customer service to get a refund. They had me take many photos at different angles. I did this. They had me send my Vin and the serial number. I did. Then they had me take six different measurements of the actual sunshade. All this work to tell me they’re not going to refund it.Mind you these are not used.What I think is that this is the 2024 expedition sunshades and they just have not updated it. Which is fine, but they absolutely refuse to refund me or exchange me for sunshades. I’m not committing to spending 15 minutes and pouring Sweat to get some freaking sunshades to fit in my vehicle each morning after dropping off kids and running into work. It’s a HUGE regret of mine, buying from this company, it’s been a massive headache and I’m out several hundred dollars because of their awful customer service. I would heavily advise against purchasing from them.
I wish there was a zero rating or negative rating. The most ill fitting sun visor I’ve had in many many decades of driving. How can a company have 80% one star reviews not try harder? Weathertech for better products and way better customer service.
I strongly warn against purchasing from Covercraft due to their deplorable customer service and shady business practices. I ordered a travel trailer cover on a Sunday and emailed them four hours later to request a size change to one size smaller. On Monday, I received an “order is ready to ship” notification, and just 10 minutes later, they responded to my email—completely ignoring my request. They shipped the wrong size anyway, seemingly to enforce a 25% restocking fee and also told me I would pay for return shipping. This feels like a deliberate tactic to profit off customers. To top it off, the same cover is $100 cheaper on Amazon. Covercraft’s unresponsive and predatory practices explain why people prefer larger retailers. Avoid this company at all costs—I’ve learned my lesson the hard way and just keep the cover. 🗑️
HORRIBLE COMPANY! They sent me covers that do not fit my Toyota Sequoia are telling me that I cannot get a refund, even though they don't fit. When I persisted, the customer service sent me a six point detailed demand, including my VIN number stating that she might be able to work with me. Horrible people will never do business with them again.
