Seat cover didn't fit

Seat cover didn't fit. Reached out to see if they could send a new one or give me a refund. The customer service rep is a bot and kept saying they are "waiting a response from a higher support". This went on for months. It's just a loss at this point. Useless.

Defective Car Bra

I purchase a Car Bra for my new Toyota Camry from Covercraft Industries. The cover, after watching videos and having men try to install, was impossible to put on. Then we realized that the cover does not fit properly. It was made incorrectly and the company refuses to give me a RM# (return authorization number) which they require for returns. I am stuck paying $361.11 for a piece of fabric that is totally not useable. Buyer Beware!!!!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Received as a birthday gift, bad fit, found out wrong dash cover was ordered so called requesting to return one received that very day to exchange for correct one, but was only given choice to refund original purchaser 20% with a 10% discount for me to order the correct product! Poor customer care, support and service. Turned a birthday gift into a nightmare, what can I do with something that doesn’t fit my vehicle and made the purchaser feel bad! Any company who doesn’t back their products knows they’re selling poor quality and bad fitting merchandise!

I should have read these reviews before…

I should have read these reviews before purchasing. The suncover is poorly fitted, the materials are cheap. Basically a rebrand of a $20 suncover you can get on Amazon. 20 bucks, worth it, the 100 plus spent, garbage!

Ordered Carhartt Precision-Fit front…

Ordered Carhartt Precision-Fit front and back seat covers for my Toyota Tundra. The combined cost before shipping and handling was over $1,000.The instructions for installing were generic and didn't depict the actual cover strap arrangement of my covers. Also, I found that the stitching on one of the front seat covers was stitched improperly and coming apart.Sent a message with pictures to customer service through their website and didn't hear back from them. Called the customer service department and was told that a representative will be contacting me in the future regarding a RMA number. Also, they will have to get my damaged seat cover before ordering a replacement cover (that's made in Mexico).Manufacturing and quality control mistakes happen. But when you have a customer who spent that amount of money on cart seat covers and there's a problem, you solve the problem the fastest way possible and then work to correct the problem at the factory. According to the website these covers are made to order and not returnable.I'm disappointed in Covercraft Industries but more disappointed with Carhartt for whatever their involvement is with the manufacturer.

Dashmat Does Not Fit Well For Price

I ordered a dashmat that did not fit my car. The sides curl up even though I followed the instructions. It has a piece cut out even though there is nothing under that portion of the dash. I contacted them and they asked me to send photos. I did and then I was told that the dashmat was the correct one for my car, even though the fit was terrible. I was told that I could return it but would need to pay shipping and could be charged up to 30% for a restocking fee. The dashmat was expensive and I was quite disappointed.

Be Careful of Return Policy

Sold the truck that the covers were ordered for. Very common GMC Silverado. Wanted to exchange for new covers for new truck purchased. Willing to pay restocking fee, which evidently is non existent since I was told over the phone they carry no inventory, everything is custom made. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase you are just out of luck. The return policy is, or lack there of garbage and I will never buy from this company again.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYWe ordered from Covercraft in 2018 for our Subaru. No problems, the dash cover fit fine.We ordered a dashcover for our Hyundai a few months ago. Totally different experience. Material not as nice and IT DOESNT FIT. We want to return it. First we were told to send several photos of it not fitting (it has a big hump because it is TOO BIG), plus a photo of the car's make and model. Did that. They confirmed that we had ordered the correct item, but wanted to know if we had used the velcro to adhere the cover to the dash. Yes, we did - that is why there is a BIG HUMP. Their response was that we could send it back, and if they feel it fits, it's our loss. If they agree it DOESN'T FIT, they will proceed with a refund. DONT BUY FROM COVERCRAFT.

Flimsy product

After ordering several dash covers from this company without any issues, I recently ordered the Original DashMat after finding out the UltiMat would not fit my 2025 F150 King Ranch. I discovered how flimsy the product was, and the fact that it was made in Mexico if that in fact had anything to do with it at all. After contacting the company, they offered me no other options, so I just put it in a box and I’ll sell it in a garage sale. In closing if you’re looking for a quality dash mat do not buy the Original DashMat if it’s the only one that’ll fit.
